Always comfortable and clean

I was not told about the pet fee. It is extremely high. I clean up after my 3 small cats. It would have cost an extra 400$ had the lady at check out not given me a discount cause I was not aware. I got $8 back from a 100$ deposit. Will not stay there next year at that rate. 40$ per day per cat. would cost $360 just for the animals.

It was very accessable and comfortable. Great value.

The room smells like cigarettes BAD. We had to leave the air conditioner and bathroom fan on whe we weren't there as well all spray ferbreeze to help the smell. The previous person must have smoked in the room. I am pregnant and it was almost to the point I had to request a new room. Luckily, with the air from the air conditioner and the fan, by the second night. The room didn't smell as strong.

My Mom and I loved the location, it was so easy to get to the hotel and the parking was abundant. We also felt very safe and comfortable in the room. The hotel itself was so close to the Centropolis and to the Henri-Bourassa metro station. There were so many restaurants and even a movie theatre within walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean enough, and the beds were soft and warm. We could adjust the temperature of the room, as we wished and the water pressure and temperature was excellent in the shower. The staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Our stay was so relaxing. We will always stay here from now on any time we visit the Montreal area.

The unit was a little bit outdated, but honestly, it was so reasonably priced that it was not a huge deal.

The rooms were clean, small but comfortable. The motel appears to be renovated. we will definitely return in the future when we visit Montreal. Helpful and honest service, my wife forgot her pajamas, we had no problem getting them back after 2 days.

it would be nice to have a microwave in the room, but it seems to be missing in every Canadian hotel we've been to before, so I guess it's normal.

The motel was amazing, with every corner impeccably clean. The rooms were beautifully maintained, offering crisp linens and a fresh ambiance. The room and washroom were comfortable. Nice furniture. Simply amazing!

Easy Self Check-In Allowed my cat! BONUS: Nowhere for her to hide (she tends to find any spot such as under beds, sinks, etc. to hide and this place is 100% cat proof in that sense.) Comfortable bed & pillows. Quiet - didn’t hear any neighbours.

The rooms did have a musky smell but I didn’t care since it was a great price compared to other hotels in the area.

Location was great. The room was well equipped. Parking was convenient. Noise level was minimal.T

The pile of gravel on the driveway was a bit of an inconvenience. I had to park a bit further when I was loading on departure, and there was a major downpour. The trunk of my car was flooding while being loaded up.

Self check-in after 10 pm can be complicated. After 10 no more room services. No menu, no food, no alcohol nothing.

I loved the bathroom. I am a shower person, so I appreciated this bathroom with modern shower.

The first room that I was given had a hair and something else in the bathroom. When I brought it to the attention to the front desk, they quickly relocated me to another room which was cleaner and modern.

Our room was cute and both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The staff that we spoke too were all very friendly and there are some nice restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance.
