Staff was really polite and friendly. The Beds were comfy, and the room was spacious. Was a bonus that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. I use a black light whenever I go to a hotel and the room was clean.

I thought the price was a bit much. Considering the area didn't have much. There is a mall across the street, and the bus station and the highway is right there. The bathtub wouldn't drain properly when we first got there, but we contacted the front desk, and it was resolved. I did feel like the room could have been cleaned a bit better. I noticed small things in the corners of the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was rusted, the pipe at the back of the toilet was dusty, and the light switch cover was tarnished. The air circulation wasn't the greatest. If you didn't have the A/C on the room, it got a but humid. But, they are doing renovations, so perhaps these things will be fixed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The showers had good water pressure. We did not hear noise from other guests in our room. All in all it was a nice place to stay with kids.

The picture of the swimming pool that is on the hotel website seems a bit misleading. It looked bigger than it was. The water in the pool was a bit cold and the water was not clear. Nonetheless, the kids enjoyed the pool quite a bit. It was open early until 11pm--so lots of time to swim.

Beds were really comfortable and location was perfect. Near shopping mall near another place (Centropolis) with loads of restaurants. It’s also close to the cosmodome and we will be coming back for that!

It was a bit hard to find. From where we were coming from we didn’t see the sign and the gps was not taking us exactly in the right place.

Choice of firm/soft pillows, Dove toiletry products, kuerig coffee maker, easy and responsive air conditioning, bilingual staff, mall across street to get food!

Power outlets not right next to bed, but not a big deal!

Very comfortable and quiet. Located right across from Le Carrefour Laval. Numerous excellent restaurants in the area.

The hotel breakfast restaurant, which is excellent, is closed during the weekend. I can’t understand that.

Breakfast service is poor. No flexibility with menu, e.g. only wanting 1 sausage instead of two, and no bacon. No reduction in charge and the waitress seemed to have an issue with the request More flexibility with menu

The hotel is in a good location. It's pretty close to a shopping mall. I believe that's the largest shopping mall in Laval. Meanwhile, as it's a business trip, the location meets our requirement.

The elevators are so slow.

The price ..crazy. 4 times more expensive than regular price because of the F1 race. Double I can understand it but 4 times more is an abuse

Staff were excellent, clean and comfortable beds. Shower very good. Location as well.

Hotel room tired needs updating fridge very noisy, toilet ran constantly, behind taps looked extremely worn.
