The property closer to Tadoussac (a 10-15 mins drive) is really cool. Nice, calm, serene neighbourhood with all essentials like gas station, grocery shop, restaurant, ice-cream parlour, etc. Rooms are cleaner and well-maintained. The studio is really well-built. It comes with a big kitchen with all the essentials. The parking is big (though not paved). Check-in and check-out process are smoother. The property owner is accessible through chats/phone. The property is on the highway (172) to Saguenay, which is an alternative to reach Quebec City (if the ferry @ Tadoussac gets longer).

The Queen room offered to us was small in size, with tiny tables and an open wardrobe. Not big enough to keep all the belongings neatly. The bathroom was also small, especially the shower-area. Still, its decent for 1-2 members with less luggage.

If you are visiting la baie ste marguerite this is 15 mins away. Tadousac is 15 mins away in the other direction. Very convenient. We stayed in the Cap de la Boule studio with full size kitchen with all appliances. Full size fridge, stove( not shown in photos on website) dishes, pots pans, microwave every utensil you would need to cook with , dish soap dish towels etc... Beautiful bathroom with a rain shower head.

This hotel is located at a curve in the highway. There was alot of vehicle noise in the front and in the back field locals were riding 4 wheelers.

Instruction for check in was good, room has amenities as described. Enough lighting.

Recommend additional/accessible electrical outlet to facilitate charging electronics. Since room has toaster and coffee maker a table and chairs would be better. Noise insulation from upstairs running water can be improved. .

Huge studio lots of space and bedding options. Sofa bed mattress shot but there was a mat to put on it which made it comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked 15 mins to whale watching boats at Tadoussac.

Owner didn’t respond to question via booking.com Some kitchen dishes not clean

Our trip was booked on a short notice and this was one of the only place that could accommodate our family of 4 in one room. Also, this place is ten minutes away from Tadpussac AML cruise departure port.

There was a subtle smell in the room; but I can’t complain much. It was overall a good experience.

Self- check in and checkout was very convenient.

We were not notified of the self check-in/ check-out system when we booked the place. And when we arrived, no one was at the counter to help with check in, and it gave us a rattle. Luckily we call the accommodation’s emergency contact, and he was able to call us back to tell us our room name and passcode to access our stay. A notice a head would be appreciated.

Very good location with free parking, easy to access despite being contactless entry/no staff on site. Room was clean and comfortable, looked as pictured. Cleaning staff in the morning were very friendly.

Room a little on the small side, so we found it a bit tricky to maneuver with suitcase etc. Having the balcony was a nice idea but we didn't actually use it because it was shared with another room.

My daughter loved it. and she is the toughest critic (almost 12) After staying in very cool spots around the world, sometimes when we go to a lesser spot she complains. when we got here she said: I could live here for a year, I have everything: comfy beds, nice decor, fridge, tv, two tables, nice bathroom, it’s perfect! We loved the little touches. thank you!

Still puzzled as to why (and this is not the first place in Quebec) there is knocking on the door very early in the morning when check out is 11:00. We need to sleep in when on vacation and after our long days of travel and hiking.

The bed is very comfortable. Beautiful view. We appreciated all the little practical details : ice cubes in the freezer, oraganizer with cotton, qtips etc. The best option was the fact you didnt need a key or to go to the reception. You go straight to your room with the code they send you on the application to unlock your door. Very well organized. We would definitely come back.

Issue with booking.com and not receipt of the map and code on time. I had to call different numbers to get the door opened
