Very helpful, accommodating staff, who went out of their way ensure a smooth check in for my mother and me, as we arrived at different times. Great location and facilities, free shuttle to and from the airport using a local cab company, who were also very professional and friendly. Free outdoor parking with plug ins for cars with block heaters. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Overall, excellent value for money spent, and I would absolutely stay here again!

We were in room 214...and if you can help it, my advice is to try and avoid this room. The view out window was the back of the giant hotel sign, and the room was directly above the automatic front door and pickup/ dropoff driveway. Quite noisy based on the location of the room, but this would not deter me from staying at this hotel again in the future!

We are a young couple and we have been to many places more expensive than this hotel, but this hotel was by far the most comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and tried their best to help us whenever we needed anything. Especially Jose at the reception, the Chinese lady and Anna who prepared our breakfast, and everyone else was so nice and the hotel room really clean and cozy. We stayed for 2 nights. All the appliances were very easy to use with wide countertop(We love this room countertop), mini fridge microwave etc and the laundry room was easily accessible. This hotel is more comfortable and nicer than some 4 star hotel. We highly recommend this place!

The pool was fun for the kids. It is close to the airport. Comfortable.

Some of the people staying there were scary. My 7 year old son couldn't leave the room before us because he did once and saw a couple punching each other. The man was bleeding and the woman started screaming when they got on the elevator. My children were terrified. Kids under 14 were left unattended at the pool even though a sign said they needed to have an adult there. Those kids made poor and unsafe choices.

Excellent value for money spent! Great location, close to the airport, and free shuttle via a local cab company was very helpful. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, even in the middle of the night when I needed to change my booked shuttle due to a flight change. Room 203 was quiet, very clean, and beds were comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and I will continue to use this hotel as the place where I stay in Regina prior to flying out!

The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating of requests! The front desk texted the phone number that I provided to ensure that everything was as expected in the room. Ample parking with an outlet included to plug in the car in the cold winter weather. The free airport shuttle is available 24hrs, as is the wake up call service. Beds were comfortable, and the whole suite was very clean. Very good value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely be staying here again!

I liked the location and the modern look of the rooms.

We were in the hotel with other members of our extended family. There were no comfortable sofas in the reception area to visit. Also the seating in the rooms were uncomfortable. During our 3 day stay no one offered to pick up our rubbish. When we tried to put it in the workers cart there was nowhere to put the recycling. She said to put it all in the garbage.

Good place to rest your head for the night. Lots of families. Pool was good for the kids to play but the water slide is in need of some maintenance (lots of rust). The staff were great and we felt VERY SORRY for the wonderful woman working the breakfast room. Kids were running wild, wasting food, and without parental supervision. Nobody should have to keep quiet as she did - sad this was allowed to go on. A hotel manager was needed to deal with this for both the guests present and the staff member.

Condition of pool area - was run down/ dirty.

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and took an interest in their work. The pool (when not too full), the fitness room and the breakfast were all very good. We appreciated the size of the king bed room and the amount of counter space. The dressing gowns were a nice touch. Also, the fridge was replaced immediately when found to be not working. The breakfast was both hot and cold and tended by a very diligent staff member. Lastly - we were taking a day to catch up on an extended driving trip and having a laundry on-site was super.

Perhaps money could be saved with less air conditioning in the halls.

Free airport Shuttle was great at 2AM when we arrived from the Airport. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in and out was very easy and the Breakfast was great with lots of choices.

I didn't know that you had to prebook the Shuttle back to the Airport - maybe mention that to people?

Breakfast was nice, lots of people enjoying the pool, hotel was clean and very modern, parking lot was clean, staff were friends. I paid $110 per night, and I believe this hotel matches up in quality with hotels renting for twice that amount. Excellent value

My mattress was not as comfortable as other hotels. My back didn't like the matress, but my back is old and crusty like the rest of me.
