The room was very nice, clean, spacious. The bathroom was large. There is tighter security than most other hotels and the whole place was spotlessly clean. In fact, every time I went to the lobby someone was cleaning something. The breakfast was very nice and the dining area was better than most. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. There is a little canteen with snacks, ice cream, drinks and coffee on hand all the time in the lobby. Parking was good.

Only flaw was that someone had installed the shower curtain rod incorrectly and no matter how I tried, the curtain always ended up in the center. Had lots of hot water and a good shower head, though LOL

The shower controls and showerhead in my room need replacement. I appreciate the need for lower flow showerheads, but flow was extremely low because diverter valve was faulty wouldn't fully engage allowing quite a bit of leakage through faucet instead of showerhead. The stop on the shower control is broken and valve can turn 360 degrees in either direction. hard to control temperature.

The woman at check-in was very friendly and welcoming, and had great recommendations on nearby dining locations (the Indian restaurant was a short walk and was excellent). The room was clean and comfortable. We were only there for a short overnight stay, so it was perfect for us.

It didn't really matter to us, but the location is on the edge of downtown. Not a whole lot going on, and not the very best location. But downtown is not that far of a walk, either.

Shower faucet was a little wonky and pretty rusted. pet friendly but no place for the dog to go potty. Carpet could use replacing - in my professional opinion it’s past the point of shampooing.

The staff were friendly and helpful, I appreciated the hotel is pet friendly. The hotel is close to Victoria Park so we were able to take our dog there several times during our stay. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

One thing to be aware of is the location - there are a lot of homeless people in downtown Regina, which some people may not be comfortable with. Generally if you mind your business and don't bother them you won't have an issue. Just make sure to take everything out of your vehicle as well. Also currently (July 2023) there are several streets closed downtown so stick to Broad Street and Sask Drive if you are trying to get around.

Clean, modern, great staff, quiet

The TV system is ridiculous. Unable to work remote. Got help was told they only had three channels as they are updating the satellite. We stayed here in 2024 and had the same issue was told the same excuse. Alternatively the Wyndham Emerald Park had a phenomenal TV

Great location Downtown. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean. It was quiet, temperature was good.

A little dated /worn. But very clean and well kept. The bathtub faucet was loose and didn’t fully open the shower. There was supposed to be underground parking but I didn’t know where that was. I’d also love to have parking included in the price.

The breakfast selection was awesome! The serving area was spotless.

Check in could have been better. Quite a que waiting to check in. More check staff during peak check in time would have helped.

Room was perfect! Nice little sitting area and the bed was great. It was within walking distance of the concert we went to attend. All in all was great! Would stay there again.

I prefer a flatter pillow, but otherwise everything else was perfect. My husband likes the fuller pillow, so he was totally happy. No major complaints really.
