The architecture, the decor. I love this vintage!! The staff are amazing…so accommodating and friendly. They go out of their way!!

There was a beautiful velvet highback chair in my room with a huge stain on the seat. The cushion only needed to be reversed to look better if it couldn’t get cleaned. (I reversed it). Windows were filthy dirty. Found a black hair in my shower (my hair is not black). 🤢 The room service food was pretty lame. Great service and really speedy but it was “bag” salad that was “about to expire” and packaged chicken wings that were reheated for a cost over $50. (Should have eaten in the dining room/bar. Waaaay better food there).

The per fee was $50 a night. something that booking.com or the hotel failed to disclose during the booking of the hotel. The staff were friendly but there was disconnect with information. we paid for breakfast via booking.com but didn't get told the ins and outs of this purchase. we were told breakfast was covered but bot that the limit was what we had paid. This I get just a lack of communication. Not told when and where breakfast was when we checked in. The staff tried to charge us for parking something that I had already paid for. Just all felt very dis jointed.

We loved the history and charm of the hotel, lots of details from glass door knobs to period art work, really adds to the experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Was not impressed with the spa, it is lovely and the staff are friendly but the massage services were sub-par (felt as though staff were not properly trained to provide massage services). The spa was part of the reason we chose this hotel.

Very beautiful hotel, Great downtown location, amazing food and drinks at the in house restaurant and bar. Staff Was Kind and Courteous, And this Place Has To Be One Of Our All Time Favorite Places To Stay, While In Regina For Business.

A Little bit more Pricy then most other Hotels In Regina, but that's what we wanted and Tho It was a Tad On the Expensive Side The Experience was Still Worth It. We Had to Go Find Staff At Dinner a Few Times.

Breakfast was great! Extraordinary French toast. Loved the hotel's nearly 100-year history as reflected in articles published at the hotel's opening and framed in the lobby with headlines: "Hotel Laundry About Finest On Continent," "Heating System Most Elaborate" and "Devices Mrs. Regina Never Dreamed Of Are To Be Seen In Kitchens Of New Hotel". The manager graciously showed me the fascinating time piece "Prohibition Room". Barman and breakfast waitress were equally friendly and informative. A superbly storied and comfortable space.

Bathtub could use a rubber mat.

The Hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff are friendly and attentive.

The room was very over priced for what it was. We paid 300 a night for a King Suite, expecting it to be roomy. It was as small or smaller than a normal queen bed hotel room. That was the ONLY drawback...out side of that, the place is amazing and I recommend staying. Just pick a better priced room, you will not be disappointed:)

The period building is charming. The staff were friendly and helpful. Building had secure elevators. Parking is extra, but no break-in or bad episode.

The bathroom tub and toi were old - or should I say from the time period? 😊 Downtown is pretty empty at night. Not a deal breaker tho.

I liked the decor of the Hotel Saskatchewan, the downtown location, the food was good, but the rooms and beds were extra comfortable.

I noticed that for the past few years, that the steam room sauna has been closed, no attempts have been made to properly reopen.

Breakfast is exceptional choice either buffet or menu Service meets expectations

nothing.. enjoyed the lounge - their meals room service and the TiCats were in town as well staying at the Hotel as were Canadian Miliary brass!

Great centralized spot. Was told it was old and might be run down. Found out it was the opposite, yes it was old but in a great historical way. Definitely well upgraded and maintained. Employees were helpful and made you feel welcomed
