The ease of the check in and check out. It was super quiet despite being right downtown. I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the entire area that I was in, including the fitness room. The window sill was large enough to comfortably sit on. And the pillows were super soft. I especially liked the deep bath tub. The complimentary soap and toiletries were well presented. The temperature in the room was very much to my liking!!!!

The Free breakfast was missing, and the location which is out of your control. The clientele on the streets made it feel unsafe to go for a walk or leave my room.

The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The staff were very accommodating as we ended up with an extra family member for one night of our stay. The breakfast buffet had quite a few options. We were always able to find parking in the adjacent lot.

Our room smelled quite smoky even though it was advertised as a non-smoking. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed, and the bathroom garbage hadn't been emptied when we first checked in. Everything else was clean, however.

When I checked in, I was charged $100.00 more than Booking.com confirmed in my reservation. When I asked for an invoice, the clerk denied me, said I have to go through Booking.com. In the FAQ, it states that the property is to give me one. When asked why again regarding the extra, he said in 5 days that I should receive a correction, then added that it was for incidentals. We will see. Nothing like that was mentioned initially on check-in or in FYI in the reservation

The room exceeded my expectations, it was nice, spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious, the employees were kindle and helpful. Overall I had a great stay!

Nothing about the hotel. It is true that the location made me feel unsafe, but people who went with me for a conference in Regina and were at different hotels said the same.

Unfortunately the locations. Sadly a lot of homeless people walking around near the lobby. Also I don’t think we should have to pay $15 a night for parking on top of room price.

Property is located downtown and is within walking distance of to shopping, casino and Mosiac Stadium. It was clean and staff were friendly.

Nothing against the hotel but downtown Regina is a rather dismal place.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was not outstanding, but solidly good. The room was large and the beds were great. The hotel had a gym. The location of the hotel was good.

The hotel is definitely a little dated. The construction going on right outside the hotel is a bit annoying.

I didn't like the fact that they do not provide breakfast. There should be an arrangement with the kitchen contractor to provide breakfast.

The staff were fantastic, and I was given a clean, quiet room.

After sitting a car all day the bed was very comfy. Nice bathroom, room felt luxurious when you walked in. Breakfast was more than adequate.

Was difficult to find the entrance of the hotel due to road construction.
