Great spot great staff and clean. However parking any size truck is not possible inside their parcade. Had to park outside on the city lot and had issues with transients. Staff definitely took care of it when brought to their attention but what happens when it's not noticed? Won't stay again because of the risk of vehicle vulnerability. Other than that great space

Parking entrance is messed up and was unable to park. Has height restrictions but go take a look you have the vehicles coming in on a sharp incline ... rules out many vehicles placing them at risk for public overnight parking

It has eveything I needed: refrigerator, microwave, one washer and one dryer (you can buy soap at the front desk for one wash for $2), swimming pool was cold, but the hot tub was amazing! The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was always very kind, knowledable and helpful! Especial thanks to Terry (GM) and Josh! A short ride to the supermarket, walking distance timo the mall, restaurants, coffee shops and the Casino.

The breakfast was tasty and the waitress very chatty and attentive.

On the website I was informed there was no restaurant service and that the only food would be in room. I was disappointed, but went prepared to order room service. That was not the case and I was pleasantly surprised. I ate dinner in the lounge and breakfast in the restaurant. Both meals were very good and prepared speedily. Apparently the renovations are completed.

Great location. Helpful staff

The restaurant needs to raise its standards. Food was good and portions appropriate. Staff was friendly and good. But it’s like they’ve decided they are serving a less discerning clientele than the competition. For example the beef dip was served on a burger bun rather than a crusty donair style bun. Coffee tasted like it came from an old style percolator.

Went for the rider game and the location was perfect to catch the shuttle. Room and facilities were exception. No complaints at all. Look forward to stay again in the near future

Cannot think of a single thing wrong. Staff was very friendly and room was perfect. Loved the bed.

When got there the lady in the front desk was rude she didn't really explain anything to you I don't know if she's just tired or grumpy or having a bad day but she didn't say where the parking was how to get to parking she didn't say no welcome to our location she's very unfriendly didn't tell us where anything was in the hotel and what the hotel had to offer

Location, great staff (friendly)

Used bath towel hanging behind the bathroom door. The bed sheet had what looked like a tiny blood spot. I was thinking what if the sheets weren’t changed. But I was to tired

Wheelchair parking marked poorly, l have attempted twice to speak to managers about situation, however, they do not return calls! Staff upon registering & again on checkout seemed disorganized! Overnight stay was good !

- ice machines not working on any level that front desk said to go - front desk took a very very long time to answer - pillows very lumpy - only provided 2 towels - $15 dollar a day parking fee - decaf coffee and machine that leaked

Good downtown location, excellent front desk service and the underground parking which is appreciated.
