Booking was easy, front desk staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Room was a nice size and the mattress, bedding and pillow choices were great. It was nice to have USB ports easily accessible on one nightstand. Towels, bedding, TV, toiletries all very nice. It was a central location and within walking distance of the car rental agency. We didn't get a chance to try the pool but it looked fun. I remember staying here years ago as a family to celebrate new year's eve by enjoying the pool and playing board games. Good memories! I also appreciate the support the hotel provides to the local community. I would stay here again.

Next time I would ask for a room that has outside windows so we can open them and get fresh air. Carpets, walls and room layout needs a refresh. Air was somewhat stale from decades of use. The room layout should be updated to allow for a larger bathroom. Door barely had clearance with toilet sink and tub. Bathroom fan didn't work very well but plumbing fixtures were fine. I found the water too soft (felt as if it didn't rinse). Only one nightstand had a power outlet. Recommend power strip / usb ports for both.

The pool room was fabulous 👌 absolutely loved the water slide, cold pool and hot tub. The main pool had a cool current that you could get a workout from swimming upstream. The tiki towel hut and palm trees made it seem so tropical. Loved it!! Staff were patient and kind with me traveling solo with my toddler and dog 🐕 excellent service, great room with all the basic necessities and super comfy bed and pillows. The couch and living room area with bar fridge and microwave was also a nice bonus that came in handy.

It's dated for folks looking for modernization. But it's clean, smoke-free and for the price, you really can't complain! The value is fantastic!

The pool/slide/hot tub complex is very large with lots of seating. It was a Saturday so there were lots of kids using the facility which made it a bit noisy. The hotel is in the stage of being renewed/refreshed. My room was essentially brand new and everything worked great. Having a restaurant on site was a plus.

The only downside is that the common areas are a bit rough as they have not been updated yet. The focus has been on the guest rooms.

This was my second time great experience with this hotel. Customers service was excellent, specially by the front desk staff Name “Nitin” was exceptionally helpful and nice, definitely would like to stay here next time as well.

My kids loved the slide

The staff worker at the pool the day of check in. Also the grown kids going down the slide before my kids got to pass the buzzlight guy as my son & I went through a bone marrow transplant & a grown kid could have landed on him which could have cause a serious injury, when i respectfully asked the kids to wait till the sign to go the kid who i spoke to, his dad ended up joining the other kids in a "train" down the slide.

Best slide ever! Very clean property. Nice- quiet room. We have stayed multiple times.

we stayed in a room on the third floor, window facing the pool- It was very humid and the a/c definitely needs updating. The fan ran all night and the room never cooled down. Also- there doesn’t seem to be a fan for the bathroom so that added to the humidity. I will stay again but I ‘ll be sure to get a window that can open.

we like the poolside rooms. We liked our it wasnt to far for us to travel to shopping centers.

The pool heat fluctuated from morning to evening. cold is thr evening. Our family found that the amount of chlorine used in the pool gave us all rashes on day 2 and 3. 1st day we were fine. Have to monitor the levels properly.

Hotel is in a great location and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. Our TV wasn’t working, and maintenance was up within a few minutes and it was fixed quickly. We ate supper at the restaurant and our server was fantastic, food was delicious and had large portion sizes. You will not be disappointed staying here.

The heated Indoor pool was nice and the front desk on duty that time (Aug.31) is so accommodating. 🙂 the room is clean and they have 2 body mirror.

The pool is openned till" 10pm only 🙁 (hoping they will extend the hrs.) The inside of the toilet bowl is dirty and the bathroom has no exhaust. The only lights are the lamps. But overall is nice and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were outstanding - very friendly and helpful - even the cleaning staff. The pool was outstanding. A large hot tub, an awesome water slide, and a good pool. The attached restaurant was very good - good food and professional and friendly wait staff.

The carpets in the hallway need to be replaced.
