the parking lot was flooded and difficult to drive through The facility manager should have ice picked the ice off the catch basin grate to drain the water.

There are a couple of issues that should be addressed. Possibly a new shower faucet. There was a rip in the light coloured curtain and the blue drape in the bedroom could use an adjustment at the top. I pay attention to detail as we just built a huge lake house. Easier to stay proactive than have bigger issues in the future. I think there was a bit of hard water build up around the right side of the exterior of the shower.

The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom outside the room so it was great with kids to put them to sleep and still be able to do something. I booked this hotel because the room was an apartment and it had a living room and kitchen separate from the bedroom which is very useful when travelling with children. The toilet in the bathroom has its own separate door, something important when travelling with a husband (if you know, you know).

There was no extra blanket in the room. We asked at reception and the receptionist didn’t know where things were and gave us a duvet insert (without cover or sheets) and a mattress protector (?) for our son to cover himself at night. Personally I thought the mattress was too soft and the pillows way too high so my neck suffered from it. Luckily we were too tired to think much of it. Lastly, we thought the breakfast was not very good. The sausages and the pancakes were alright, the rest just bland or of low quality. It was free so it was better than nothing but I think every opportunity can be taken to surpass expectations. Maybe a few pastries and real eggs could make a difference. The pancake machine was cool though, I liked it.

It was nice to have the option of a free breakfast. It started off our day in a really quick and positive way. Lots of options and I enjoyed being able to take my tray up to my room to enjoy! thanks. We thought the option of barbecuing was great as well.

It would have been nice to have some vegan options for the breakfast but all in all we enjoyed our stay. The location offered us the chance to shop and also pick up groceries for our fridge.

Incredibly accommodating and friendly, the staff at HomeSuites ensured convenience (and likely comfort for their other guests) by providing us with a 1st floor pet friendly room near a building exit, in anticipation of our (very) late arrival. They also had space to park our trailer, and afforded us leniency in adjusting our stay due to some vehicle trouble we were having prior to arrival. They were quickly responsive to all of our concerns, providing peace of mind while dealing with unanticipated issues away from home. Besides all of that, our suite was very clean and nicely appointed with all the necessary comforts, ensuring that we had everything we needed and more. This facility is maintained extremely well, feels safe and was easy to access from primary routes. Next time we’re in Regina, we’ll be certain to check availability at HomeSuites first.

Our only regret about our stay was that we couldn’t plan to stay longer.

This location suited us because it was near-by to relatives and friends that we visited during our stay. It is a nice, clean hotel with comfortable sleeping. It was a fair price as well. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. The eggs are made with a mix, they are not fresh eggs.

They were having trouble with their cable TV service provider and only some channels were available. It was not communicated to us that there was a service provider issue, so we thought it was a faulty TV. We were out and about for the most part and didn't need TV but it was limiting when we did want to watch. I'm sure this has been resolved by now.

The hotel is lovely, modern and inviting. The rooms are so spacious and clean. Everything you need and more. The beds are So comfy and the sheets make you feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud. Abbie at the front desk is wonderful! She is super sweet and welcoming. I didn’t want to leave

The only thing I wasnt overly happy with was the nighttime desk clerk. She didn’t seem to enjoy her job.

Location was right off of the highway The suite i was in was a king and it felt like an apartment and had a separate bedroom with closet and TV, bathroom had lots of space with walkin shower, full kitchen with stove microwave etc, even had dishes to cook. Living room had a pull out couch, desk for office work and space for my kids to play. Bell hop to load up all my bags upon arrival Highchair was available for use at the free breakfast Staff were super friendly Elevator Pet friendly Price point, believe i paid $136 tax included for a sun-mon stay!

Breakfast was good the pancake machine was not working

A few things in the room could have been cleaner, the coffee wasn’t stocked to accommodate 2 adults but I grabbed from the housekeeper. And in the am the keurig wouldn’t work initially so list the first coffee pod anyways Otherwise good

Large, clean, comfortable suite with every comfort we required. Staff is extremely accommodating, caring and attentive. Breakfast options were varied satisfying. The entire facility is well maintained and conveniently organized. Great value!!

Nothing - we would have stayed longer if our schedules had permitted.
