I will start with the location of the hotel which I found to be convenient to restaurants and shopping. There was plenty of parking so we had no problems finding parking for our rental vehicle. The suite was large, comfortable, clean and well equipped. It exceeded our expectations. The bathroom was large and the shower excellent with plenty of hot water (with no variations in the temperature when showering during peak periods). In addition to the facilities offered, the staff were professional and friendly. We stayed four-nights and found the breakfast buffet in the morning to be great, with fresh hot food regularly placed out onto the buffet so it was always available. The pool is very large which is a nice change from postage sized pools that are easily overcrowded.

The only complaint I have in relation to this hotel is that there was no in room safe. There are facilities to place valuables in a safety deposit box at the front desk but that is inconvenient.

Cleanliness, close to things I needed to be close to, good options for breakfast buffet considering I have dietary restrictions (no gluten, processed sugar, corn, or dairy), size of room, beds are comfortable, and good facility options.

Wasn't a facility issue, it was more about the people in the room above me or beside me who were banging and thumping around so that impacted the stay but that's not on the facility in general

Great interior design and attention to detail. Exceptionally clean. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast and coffee 24h. Very kind and helpful staff. Good location - a lot of restaurants, grocery store and minutes away from downtown. Also, there are places for a nice walk.

The only thing is that its sound proof system / sound isolation could be better. But, this is typical for such hotels and this one was not as bad as others

Rooms/suites were very well designed and easy to 'live' in, very updated and modern. Hotel was very clean and updated and had a lot of extra ammenities - esp if travelling with groups or teams - common cooking or meeting areas

The mattress in our room was quite soft, and had poor support, but bedding and pillows were comfortable

The breakfast offered many options for varied health requirements of people. It was fresh, well laid out for the area. Excellent presentation and taste.

The fact that TV channels were limited. We were not prepared with logons for Netflix for example. News and sports was about all there was to watch to relax.

Everything was great! The room was clean, the food was amazing, and the staff were friendly. I'd definitely stay again!!!

Nothing - Would have maybe liked having extra curtains as there were only sheer ones in the room, but that could also be a chain thing too.

It was a clean, spacious room, I didn't spend a lot of time in it as came to visit with family & friends. The staff was friendly as little as I saw of them. As far as locations went it was ok as I drove to the city. I did have breakfast one morning and found it to be adequate for me.

I did spend one morning in the room trying to read but, another guest brought their yapping dog with them and left it in the room to howl and bark all morning which is so annoying. I ended up doing my reading in the lobby as it was quieter.

The location and cleanliness and wonderful staff keep us coming back.

I must say the the 2 beds in room 309 were not queen beds, we made it work however we did book a double queen room. Also we are hoping this hotel will get a hot tub soon. It’s a very missed item when taking kids down to the nice pool.

Breakfast was awesome! It is a nice new hotel with a modern feel. Everything was very clean and neat.

Really wish they would have put in a hot tub and steam sauna in addition to the swimming pool.

The King bedroom suite was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good as hotel breakfasts go. I wish there had been a hot tub. My kids loved the pool but I sat at the side to watch (comfortable seating was a bonus!) but would have enjoyed to sit in a hot tub to watch them.

A hot tub would be nice.
