For what you pay, you simply cannot ask for more. I think I spoke to every member of staff and none of them could have been more helpful. I arrived not being able to speak a word of Spanish but this was not a problem for them. Don’t get me wrong, it is not 5* but I guarantee you will not be dissatisfied.

If I was to REALLY dig deep, I would say that the pillows and mattress could have been better.

The location is great, you are just a few minutes away from the centro on foot. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable. There is a nice pool but it wasn't open during our stay. There is also a police station on the same street so safety is not a problem.

I don't have any complaints about my stay here.

The place is filthy, there are places in the room that do not have enough care like the washbasin. There was dust in some areas of the room. The pool was very dirty, you can tell it has not been cleaned in a while and other guests noticed this too. It is the second time I have had cleanliness issues with the Ayenda brand. I would not recommend it at all. It is cheap because it does not have luxury, but it does not mean they can provide a dirty facility...

the photos are not the reality, the hotel is super dirty, the appliances in the bathroom are non existent and the barrio is very unsafe. the owner of the hotel or the guy in reception wanted to pay me to cancel the booking reservation, I don’t know why, maybe because he normally has to pay a little fee to booking. stay away from this hotel!
