The hotel was like an oasis amidst a very grim part of town. The receptionist and porter were very helpful and welcoming. There is a pool and outside seating that is a refuge from the chaos outside on the streets. We only stayed one night as we were catching a flight early the next morning. Comfortable bed. I would recommend the hotel.

The onsite restaurant had very poor food which was very disappointing. The early morning receptionist who could see we had very large suitcases but did not ask for a larger car so at 4.30am in the morning we had the absurd issue of how to fit both my partner and I in the smallest possible taxi with our luggage. No item could be put in the boot. The receptionist appeared to think it was fine that my partner and I could sit on top of each other for a 30 minute ride to the airport. It was sorted by the taxi driver but with little help from the male receptionist who put us in this position.

The staff was amazing and the hotel was nice for the price. The coffee shop was great, and the gated free parking was as well. The neighborhood wasn't the greatest but I felt completely safe and relaxed at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond the entire time we were there and it was one of the nicer places to stay only 10 miles from the airport.

There wasn't really anywhere to walk around to shop or get food that was close to the hotel.

The swimming pool was lovely. The reception area was large and welcoming. The breakfast area had a great balance between seats in the open sunshine and those under cool cover. Amd the room I had was a great size

The shower head was removed because it didn’t work and sprayed water everywhere in the room. So it was just a flow of water out of the pipe. Also, there were no controls over the water temperature and as much as I enjoy cold showers, I’d like the choice of heating the water even a little if I want to. Finally, I’d rather use shower gel than small soap bars to wash my hands after using the toilet or when showering

The lady in reception went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed.. the hotel needs to give this woman a payrise, she is a true credit to the hotel. The pool area was clean, staff was all polite and happy to help.

I would like to share my experience with the accommodations. The lodging was exceptionally well-maintained and comfortable. The amenities were perfect, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The cleanliness and organization were also top-notch. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Really nice hotel with swimming pool and clean, safe rooms. Breakfast avaliable and decent dinner restaurant. Close to big shops and main square. Safe, clean and very good.

Pool is used during the day by local kids, meaning it was very loud and full for most of the day, leaving a lot of sun cream film in water in the evening.

I like Almost everything. The atmosphere was amazing and the pool was great. They have really good service. I give it around an 8.5/10. It's a really pretty place. The food was above average.

The shower was so weird it was weak at first and than stronger a bit later. Also the internet to the room. The wifi couldn't sometimes reach our room and it was super weak at times. If your going to get a room don't get it near the end of the hotel.

The location is adequate in the city centre. Staff are friendly. Check-in and check-out without issues.

The elevator is old. The swimming pool is nice to swim in but it could be cleaned in a better way. Otherwise a nice place.

The location of the hotel was awful. In contrast your receptionist Estella was professional, helpful, and always with a smile.

The dangerous looking barrio where the hotel is located. The taxi drivers we came across only wished to rip us off.

Night staff were super nice.

Rooms need to be updated. Staff members were making Zumba earlier in the am, so we have to get up early than what I wanted.
