This is a fantastic hotel from which to explore Bogota. A very safe neighborhood close to the main bus routes into town. This is my only ever 10 rating given during many years on this app. The breakfast was amazing and there was sufficient English spoken to get messages across. Reasonably priced too given the quality of establishment.

The 19% government tax which is NOT payable by foreigners but is extracted by the hotel anyway. Supposed to be reclaimed at the airport on departure but who has time to do that when rushing for a plane. A nice little scam by the Colombian government. Consider it a donation to help build the roads in this magnificent country. A couple of other items were way overpriced, laundry at AUD$27 for a few jocks and socks and the bar prices for anything other than beer.

The installations are beautiful, the rooms nice, clean and modern but the restaurant service was terrible. The calentado was rotten, and the waiters were worried about the Asian looking guest than the Latinos i observed how the would go around offering coffee and after waiting I long time I had to get up and Walt to the hosted if anyone could offers me a coffee, funny enough the same day we had the same experience, we also had dinner and we had the same experiences super slow service and the food was ent so good. I also had a massage at the spa and they timid me I could sower to remove the oil but they didn’t give me a towel and I had no way to call anyone so I had to put my closed with the oil on my body.

Restaurante service terrible.

I always enjoy the breakfast, the variety of the food you offer is second to none. Your employees are always friendly and helpful, as well as very professional, always willing to one with whatever the issues/matters that may arise they are quick to be proactive in their assistance.

I've been coming to your hotel now for about 5 years, and in those 5 years I've never once been offered an upgrade for free. I would think that with the fact that I stay at your hotel on an average of about 24 days per year. I would just think that your hotel would show me that my loyalty would amount to something. Plus, I've also noticed that the price per room has gone up in price quite a bit as well.

All the staff and all their work groups from the lobby, waiters, cleaning staff, the bar staff and everyone were very kind to us, they were very careful and always helped us with our needs. I want to thank all the staff for their excellent service.

-First of all, the request to have a better room in a different floor was never granted. -The hours of attention in the bar should be extended, especially on weekends. -Updating the furniture in the rooms would be good.

The hotel was very nice; delicious breakfast, large, clean and comfortable room, close to the airport, very friendly staff and helpful with transport around the city and airport transfer.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool pictured. It turned out that this was a spa area downstairs not included in the stay - and not suitable for babies (ofc). We were quite disappointed with this. Had we known that there was not any access to a pool, we would have booked a different hotel with better activities/facilities for our baby.

The hotel is in a perfect location in Salitre bogota, near parks, malls, airport, restaurants and commute options are available. Food is very affordable, It taste good but it could have more variety. Rooms are great! Good space, bathrooms spacious. I got selecte the one with a little kitchen. Prices are good. If you want to travel and have a tour of the cities hotel give some options, personal recomendation, ask for Fernando in the counter. Hope you enjoy your stay!

Food variety in the restaurant, its my personal opinion, a not a problem. Everything else was really enjoyable. So not really anything else I didnt like.

Everything met or exceed my expectations. The hotel is very clean and you can tell they put in the effort in doing that. The breakfast was standard but good. The coffee is amazing. The restaurant makes great food and the room service is late, until 10pm.

Cleanliness, room, service.

There is not enough people to answer the phone at the reception. I called many times beforehand. There is no external sign at the entrance of the hotel. We thought we were entering a residential area. However once we entered, the facilities, the room, the restaurant, and the service was good as well. The AR SPA is not included in the hotel services. You need to pay separately.. We had chosen the hotel because of the spa, so we paid an extra amount (very expensive), however the spa was not great. It is dark, as it is in the basement, it is noisy, you can only use it for 1.5 hours and you cannot really relax. The "Ayurvedic" massage was not a real an Ayurvedic massage. I was really disappointed with the SPA. The rest of the hotel services was great.

Everything exceeded my expectations about this hotel. The room was very spacious 37sqm. and the bed was very comfortable and the shower was especially nice. Strong water pressure. The spa experience was great, although you have to pay separately. There was a 20% discount as hotel guest. Breakfast was good.
