I only stayed for one night, but it was great for resting. The best thing I enjoyed was the breakfast; there were various meals for all tastes, and all the food was delicious, at least what I tasted. I used the room service to ask for dinner in my room; it was fast and tasty, too. My room was clean and comfortable. This hotel has a privileged location in the city near restaurants, pubs, and malls.

The shower was too near the wall, and it took a long time to get pressure and warm; I suggest fixing this. I recommend modernizing TV since most people use streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc., so I could not access my streaming services or cast my phone to the TV.

location was in a suitable place. 10 to 15 minute walk to a mall. around the hotel there are various restaurants to eat and a busstop close by with many cabs passing by aswell. if you want to go anywhere you can get there quick

I missed a toiletbrush to clean any leftovers and maybe an airfresher after you take a shit would be nice. its very minor though the room was great! I feel a little embarrassed to even write this haha

The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view. The facilities were nice. Breakfast was good, with different things to eat, although the coffee could be better. Close to the airport is a plus if you're traveling by air

The beds were on the hard side, not as comfortable as other hotels I've stayed. One of the bathroom lights was not working, showering in the dark is not nice. The area is ok, especially the building amenities and restaurants next to it were nice. But the neighborhood was not as walkable, and there was not much to do around. There's a good mall not that far, but still is a long walk so I had to take a taxi to go there.

I like the staff attitude, always willing to help, they even make a call to a museum to verify they still were open and give me one advice on how to get better tickets. The location of the Hotel is perfect in the middle of the city, you can easy go to city center by taxi or go to north or south, also is near to the airport. The shuttle bus complementary service was amazing.

The complementary water was to few, and no electric kettle to do tea. Finally please pay attention to details, the hotel is a good hotel and looks high level, but some bad finished in the furniture give bad impression

The hotel was secure, clean and conveniently located for my conference attendance at another hotel nearby. The room was large, well equipped - even it's own hairdryer, iron and ironing board - and very comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, although English was sometimes challenging.

Although well-located for the needs described above, I felt a little isolated from the hub of rhe tourist.activity and sites. That said, there were a large selection of restaurants right outside rhe hotel, and easy access to taxis.

Walking distance to the US Embassy and some playgrounds for children. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The dinner at the restaurant was good.

I ordered a different style or ambiance that is more warm and welcoming. The first and second floor have a smell that is like an old smoking section in a restaurant in the 90s. The whole building is non-smoking but I found the smell really unpleasant, and I’m not particularly sensitive to smell. Fortunately it wasn’t like that at all in the room.

Overall the room was fine, however, there w were a few items of maintenance required. The “sound proofing “ was good between rooms, but not against the road noise.

Courteous staff - very clean and tidy, modern but comfortable. Shuttle / taxi service was outstanding - very appreciative of Freddy (taxi) and our airport shuttle. Price was very reasonable - quality of the rooms was great.

Wifi was too slow for business purposes. Breakfast was good - plenty of choices, but somehow we felt we were missing something from the menu (but we couldn't figure out what we wanted). Some items seemed to have sat too long in the heating dish (example, pancakes were crunchy / crusty - not soft and fresh). Lots of road noise - but not at fault of the property - just something to consider.

No one speaks English, even at the reception. Use Google Translate. Really cold room. I had to turn off AC, but then the air was bad.

Great location across the street from the embassy. We walked 5 minutes for our interview. Room had cold AC which is rare in Bogota because it’s a cold climate region. Nonetheless AC is critical for me to be comfortable. Wyndham was truly an amazing experience!

Nothing at all. Wyndham had everything you want. A true 5 star experience.
