10/10 for the restaurant, good vegetarian options, juices are large and good. Breakfast options were good. Staff was friendly. We had room #5 which was quite large for the 2 of us. Shower was warm and bed was comfortable. Airconditioning worked well, and had a place to hang your clothes just in front of it but leaked some water. Room smelled a bit of mold, wifi didn't work in our room. There was a bright lamp just in front of our room which was not blocked by the thin curtains. Location perfect distance to the Calabazo entrance of Tayrona NP.

We had the suite—it was huge and really nice! Great AC, a big bathroom with warm water and decent pressure. The pool was lovely (actually two pools plus one for kids). The whole place feels like you’re deep in the jungle, even though it’s right by the road—you stop noticing that quickly. The restaurant food was amazing with a good variety. A big bonus for me: the hammock just outside our room—such a relaxing touch. We'd definitely stay here again!

The only downside was the internet—it didn’t work in the room and was very poor .But in such a remote place, that’s kind of expected.

Perfect location - 5 min walk to Tayrona park entrance and 15-30 min bus ride to other beautiful beaches. The hotel was nicer than expected. We loved how the hotel integrated with nature, it was like being in the park with beautiful views all around. The staff was also really kind and helpful with any inquires. We also wetness their quick response when another group who was just checking in had a person in their group arrive sick. The whole staff came together to help her and called medical assistance for her. It's always good to see you're staying somewhere that truly cares for their guests. Also, the food in the restaurant was soooo delicious.

We loved our stay at Casablanca Tayrona. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The gardens were beautiful and the pools were perfect for a dip on a hot day. Breakfast was great with a variety of choices. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was all freshly prepared and reasonably priced. Wish we’d stayed longer!

Perhaps somewhere to get a drink and snack when the restaurant’s closed as it’s about 1km to the nearest shop.

Absolutely everything! The staff were exceptional and very friendly. The food was delicious, the three swimming pools were wonderful. The place was tranquil and quiet and an easy ten minutes walk to the Cabazzo entrance or ten minutes bus to the El Zaino entrance of Tayrona National Park. The staff are very informative and will go above and beyond to give you any information or help you need. Absolutely wonderful experience in the jungle! Couldn't recommend more!

What a gem of a hotel! We picked this one due to its proximity to the trail entrance to go to Tayrona National Park. The site of the hotel is so magical with its winding path to the 3 different size pools, the restaurant, and the access to the rooms. In addition, the hotel has fruit trees (Carambola). The food at the restaurant was delicious! The staff was very friendly and very professional.

We loved everything! There's nothing bad to say about this place.

Tropical paradise with 3 pools, amazing jungle backdrop and really nice comfortable rooms - slept so well here. Cute cats and dogs. A great base for exploring Tayrona - near the Calabazo entrance which is the less crowded one. We also saw tamarind monkeys and toucans from the hotel!!

The paid-for food at lunch and dinner was really good (and not too expensive), but the included breakfast was a bit average given the relatively high price of the rooms. But a pretty minor issue in the grand scheme of things!

We didn’t want to stay in Santa Marta, so decided to head straight here to be close to the Calabazo entrance of Tayrona park. It was only a 5-7min walk from the entrance, and it was nice being so close so we could get an early start. It was nice to relax by the pool and enjoy the lush gardens.

The AC in our room wasn’t cooling very well. It was ok because the night ended up being cool, but I would have been frustrated if it had been a hot night.

Property was perfectly located for the Calabazo entrance to the park. This made for an easy one day loop of Tayrona NP taking in a lesser touristed trail and then experiencing the famous beaches. (Search for the trail on Komoot and download the GPS to your phone). Staff were super friendly, letting us drop our bags for the day (from 8am) before our stay. Food was decent. Room was lovely. Pool areas were very smart and gardens were well kept. Hotel hummingbirds were a highlight as were the two spoilt cats :)

Our room (suite) had a bit of a damp issue. Wouldn't have wanted to stay for more than one night as a result. Although I'm sure they would have moved us to a different room if we'd have asked.

We were 4 friends travelling for 3 nights. Everything has surpassed our expectations. As it was rainy season, we had the hotel for ourselves but Miguel (who was in reception and bar duties) was incredibly helpful, let us use the amenities as if it was high season, we could even put our own music at the pool. Milagros made sure that our breakfast and dinner was always on point and even when we asked to slightly change the menu, she was more than helpful to accommodate our requests. Overall, we couldn't be happier to have chosen La Casablanca Tayrona and will be sure to return whenever we go back there!
