Very peaceful, lovely garden and pool. The room was spacious with a nice balcony with seating. Lots of places to sit close to the beach. Restaurant food was good, including excellent free breakfast.

The pizza oven seemed to be running all day and sending smoke all over the property, even though there were very few guests using the restaurant. Bottled water was expensive and nowhere else to buy it - tap water was yellow so would not recommend drinking it. Our shower only had cold water but that wasn’t really a problem.

Great location, the food is incredible, maybe the best in the area but it is very overpriced for the area. Drinks are excelent and great value. The staff is incredible mai the waitress was an absolute joy to be around. The pool is big and beautiful. The wifi was great, streamed movies all night with little lag. Quiet and ideal for relaxing and surrounded with nature that provides natural shade. Outdoor hammocks and beds available and the open air restaurant provides the best views. Spent 5 days and could have remained for more. Thank you for the complimentary honeymoon dessert!! The pizza is the best dish

The nature is incredible but be sure to pack a strong repelent because there will be bees and mosquitoes that will eat you up. Make sure to make time for the journey there and back since it is one of the most secluded places in the area and the road is treacherous. There was a construction starting which might disturb the peace but nothing to fault the hotel with and wasn't that loud. Waves are strong almost all year round so don't expect to be spending a lot of time in the ocean, the pool is the place to be.

Very beautiful garden with a pool and lot's of places to sit and chill. I met the owner, he's a great guy, we had a long conversation. The apartment is modern and has good air-conditioning. There's even warm water in the shower, which is unusual for this part of the country:). Good food and friendly staff! The only minor downside, is that it's the last hotel on the road and it takes a bit longer to get there from the main road.

After having stayed at the noisy nearby Los Hermanos hostal this felt like an oasis. Lovely pool and communal spaces and right on a deserted beach. I stayed in the purple cabin and it was cosy. You could hear the crashing waves and the birds. Breakfast was good and the shared showers were clean.

The only bad thing about this place is that I couldn't stay longer :)

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is right on the beach, with a great pool, bar and dining area. The food and drinks were all perfect, served by lovely friendly staff. What was on offer was great as it’s a fairly remote hotel, but an ideal place to relax and enjoy! We’d recommend staying here for good value for money and a great beach stay experience.

The facilities were fantastic. Loved the pool and surrounding seating / chill out options. The food was amazing. Pizza available on the weekend. I had the fish tacos 3 times. It's easily accessed from Santa Marta by public bus. Mototaxis have a stop on the main road where the bus drops you (Costeño stop). They bring you directly to the hotel and can drive you to Tayrona Park main gate (20 mins away). The beach is lovely to walk on but isn't swimmable.

I loved my stay here. The facilities were super nice. The beach was not the most beautiful, but that’s just the location, not the hotels fault. The staff was super friendly. The food was beyond amazing. Alejandra from the massage gave so good massages. I can highly recommend her. Me and my friend did a massage twice because it was so good. - most relevant note first: the place is actually very easy to reach by mototaxi from the Main Street (costs 7k). you can also ask them to pick you up next morning if you want to go to the park entrance on time (buses pass by the main road every 10 mins, otherwise you can ask them to drive you to the entrance for 10k extra) - everything about this place feels like a paradise - amazing food, especially the breakfast and the pizzas - the pool is great and open until 10 pm - wake up for the sunrise!! it’s probably one of nicest I’ve ever seen in my life - note on the sea: if you only go in hips-deep you can go into the sea to quickly cool down, but the waves are too strong to actually swim

Lacking of blankets in the room , cold water showers. Beds are not super comfortable . Only a sheet in the bed . No fridge and no TV in our room , I was expecting that for the price . Very expensive for the food.

Beautifully kept garden, variety of seating arrangements at the beach including hammocks. Quiet place to relax located at the end of a dirt road. The beach is beautiful and still very natural. Nice for walks and just watching the waves or reading a book. If you want more action, I think there are some hostels with acitivities up the road. The food was excellent and varied (try the Cazuela!) and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant service is SO slow though, for all except beer and pizza - I like to think of it as "running on beach time" .... Rooms were well equipped with good bed, AC and nice private terrace - all facilities were super clean.

As stated in many reviews already: - Be aware that the waves are strong and you can't really swim in the sea. - Ask the mototaxi people to provide a helmet. It's a bumpy ride and I was a bit scared of breaking my neck. - Since there are no stores it would be nice if they sold large water bottles at the hotel. - Maybe change the playlist once in a while.
