Super close to the entrance of Tayrona National Park – just a couple minutes walking. Nice facilities, good breakfast, very kind staff. They kept my luggage for two days for a small payment while I was in the park.

This is a Booking.com problem – not the property. I made my reservation and entered my payment information on the site, so I thought I had already paid. When I got to the property I had to pay the full amount. I was confused about that, but I guess Booking takes the payment but doesn't process it and you have to pay at the property. I didn't have any cash so I had to use the payment platform they use in Columbia. It was easy, I had just thought I had already paid. The host was very nice and gracious about it.

It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Air-conditioning works well and has good water pressure. The wifi was good. I would recommend staying here at a very economical price.

I had some laundry done, and it was just as dirty as when I gave it to them. I'm not sure if detergent was even used. I kinda wonder if it was even washed. It was the highest price I paid in Columbia for luandry service and wasn't clean. Nothing against the wonderful staff, luandry is just not thier talent.

Lovely helpful staff, really felt like at someone's home. The room was spacious, with air conditioning (which was turned on before I arrived to cool the room, so thoughtful!), bed was comfortable. I also liked the pool, a nice refreshment in the evening. It is very close to the entrance to Tayrona park. The lodge also stored my backpack for a small fee, so I could go to the park, spend the night there and come pick it up the next day.

This is not a negative, but an FYI. Water is not potable, so bring it or buy water in the kiosks/stands along the road, next to park entrance. Also, I suggest closing the bathroom window as it starts getting dark, because you might get a visitor in a shape of an exotic bug. :D This is just my advice, because you are surrounded by nature.

- Not clearly sign posted from the main road - particularly in the dark so it took our taxi driver a while to locate the hostel

Location, location. You can walk less than two blocks and you are at Tayrona Park entrance ( Zaino). You have restaurants, a pharmacy and stores near the Hotel as well. The pool is nice and so refreshing after a full day of activities at the park. The decor is very nice, rustic chic, and I loved the balcony view. Breakfast is included, so it was perfect! The manager was a very pleasant young lady. I think her name was Beatriz.

No complaints at all. For the price I paid I was very satisfied.

Lovely, friendly staff who were happy to accommodate me and my friend as we explored Tayrona. Facilities are basic but good, the location is quiet and perfectly situated to get into the park. Really enjoyed the stay. This is not a big, open party hostel and that's great. It's a quiet, small business with a handful of decent rooms to sleep guests who are visiting the area. If/when I return to Tayrona, this is where I will stay :)

Breakfast was good, we really appreciated our aircon room, the location was super close to the park entrance (approx 300m) and Julie was so friendly, accommodating & the dinners she cooked were delish! Cheaper than what was available around the area.

The mattress on the bed wasn't a mattress, felt like it was stuffed with something + really hard. We managed to sleep OK, probably because we were really tired haha and we like hard over soft beds. The pool was under construction which we were a bit gutted about but we managed to work a deal since we didn't know prior to going.

Great location next to the national park. Lovely pool area and massages arranged at a time to suit. Good breakfast. Room was clean and beds comfy. Friendly, helpful staff

A couple of maintenance issues - need a shower curtain as the shower water went everywhere. Smoke alarm was beeping - ? Needs a battery change. Balcony door did not close properly / lock.

Great location close to zaino entrance of tayrona. Nice pool area to relax by and the room was comfortable. The breakfast included was also ok.

There wasn't always someone around to help with things and we left our bags overnight while we stayed in the park and my husbands clothes were completely soaked as they must've kept our bags somewhere where the rain got to it.

Perfect location to start/finish the day at Tayrona. The pool is very good to refresh, and the hosta very friendly even keeping our suitcases when in Tayrona.

Not 100% clean and some small imperfections at the room (e.g. window didn't close, which can be annoying with the insects)
