Breakfast, staff service, clean, problems were addressed promptly, rooftop pool, after the cancel window closed they allowed a one-day shift in check in and check out for no extra charge. Other people's complaints: bad wifi, AC that doesn't work, those things were fine. Zona Norte restaurant is very good, 5 minute walk.

They totally misrepresented that there is a free airport shuttle. There is not. Even though we had 3 registered guests, each day they gave us 2 towels and we had to ask for more. They refused to give us more than 1 key, I have never stayed anywhere that did that. There were no cups in the room which is bizarre, not even cheap plastic ones. Even though the beach is right across the street, getting there is not at all pedestrian friendly, you must take a winding path up and down to an overpass over the highway, so a 15 minute walk.

The evening / night security guard was a lovely man!! Very helpful and fun to talk to regardless of our language barrier. lol area was nice and the staff up there very friendly and kind.

The room door chain lock was broken chain lock hinge was not fully attached to the room door, the bathroom frame was not fixed properly to the wall due to this the door could not shut properly or lock, the shower was lukewarm at best & drizzled water, the fan felt like it would fall off its hinges and take my life when I put it on so could not use it.

Everything was good, the view from the roof top pool, the location and proximity to the popular old city and a few shops nearby and a couple of restaurants. The room had a wonderful panoramic view and was very close to the airport.

Earlier the room provided with the jacuzzi drained the water on the floor rather than the drainage that created a pool in the bathroom, the AC wasn't functioning. However I would like to thank the reception to change the room.

Summer is a simple but very fair hotel. People are very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at the front desk. The hotel has everything I value: cleaners, confort, helpful staff and a fair price. It has a nice pool with a bar in the top floor, which made all the difference. The food is amaizing and the cookers and attendants are super sweet. The location is good if you want to stay close to the Airport.

A point for attention is the location. It is perfect if you want to be close to the airport. It is 10-15 min by car from the old towns, which is also very much manageable.

Located past the airport and ubers can be expensive, so keep that in mind if you are doing many activities in the centra. A few minutes walk from Playa Azul, and from a few restaurants, so there were some options nearby. Good breakfast, with lots of options, and the room was clean, comfortable and cool. The air conditioning worked great! The wifi was iffy and the tv had an issues.

The airport is easy to reach, taking only 5 minutes to arrive and 10 minutes to leave. The pool is small but cozy. Each day, they offer a different breakfast menu, and the room is kept impeccable every day. There is some noise from the airport, but it's not concerning. The view from the balcony is stunning.

Excellent option in an almost new property, very convenient located, no noise even it's close to main road and airport, good food, great included breakfast, security, amenities in great condition, walking distance to a supermarket to extend the food and needs options.

Great price, free breakfast was the best part not to worry about going to find food. Breakfast had Great options. The pool on the 8th was great on a hot day and Great drinks. Hammock on the bedroom was lovely to relax as well as the balcony. Staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond

Not guest friendly, its really hard to understand this policy of I book a hotel room, why can't I come in with a guest, if the hotel is worried about safety, by all means register the guest but don't understand why guest are charged extra on tip of room charge. Saw 2 cockroaches (should have taken pictures), really gross. Needs to fumigate rooms. Service at the restaurant varied depending on who was working, its common restaurant thing to serve guest to drinks or water they ask for - instead standing there conversing for 30mins while guests are thirsty

It was very good value for money due to all discounts I received. Views, especially from swimming pool area. Very friendly & helpful staff. Public beach cross the road. Nice cooked breakfast.

Way too close to airport, plain passing by all the time, so it was very noisy & different to fall asleep. Linen / bed sheets & towels were washed unprofessionally- stained & coloured but they were clean, it was not big deal fir me. It’s advertised as ES&EN speaking properly but no-one can communicate in English. I took it as part of the whole experience of Cartagena & Colombia & with online translator was just fine but I imagine it can be frustrating if you’re in rush and have different approach.
