Wide variety of local food and international buffet in the breakfast, the pool on the 10th floor only for adults it's chill, with amazing view and bar next to it to take the sun, listen to good music and have a good holiday vibe. The room was okay. The hotel had an extra service to decorate the room for my BF' birthday

Considering that weather in Cartagena is always steamy, it's disappointing that we must pay for the water in the minibar of the room and that there is no fountain at the entrance of the hotel for the guest to refresh at arrival.

We booked a junior suite and it was clean, spacious, comfortable and very reasonably priced (5 days and 4 nights for under $1,500 USD). The room came with a free buffet breakfast that offered a full range of food. It had an ocean view and beach access from the hotel. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The rooms were restocked with bottled water daily. On our floor (9th) some rooms were undergoing remodeling, which in my view is a positive sign that the hotel is committed to upkeep.

It's hard to find much we didn't like. The hotel was about a 30 minute drive from the convention center where my meeting was held. The breakfast was open air and there were always birds around that swooped in to grab a bite if you left the table even for a few seconds to refill a drink. There wasn't much the staff could do but shoo them away. It was an annoyance, but not a very serious one.

Wonderful people at the front desk. We had our wedding in Cartagena and our family booked multiple rooms. The front desk is so helpful with every question and need. I especially appreciated Darwin at the front desk as he handled all the complex movements and arrangements with friendliness and patience. The hotel has everything... 5 different pool areas, 3 restaurants. The food is amazing, even the snacks at the bar. We ordered room service late at night and the food at the rooftop bar was especially good!

Great staff, especially in the restaurants. Cleanness of the hotel was impressive. We enjoyed the pools. The food was amazing. The beds in the room were very comfortable.

Exterior of the hotel could use some fresh paint. While the meals tasted great it wasn’t consistent. You could order same dish on different days and it would have different ingredients and taste. I would appreciate some consistency in that regard.

The proximity of Congress Center. Excellent food in hotel restaurant, a la carte. Breakfast superb. The restaurant on roof-top: fantastic. Actually very cheap for the value and quality. Excellent pisco sour, better then in Peru. Comfortable room. Staff : very helpful and resolving immediately any type of problem.

Actualy, by my opinion the older part of hotel was more pleasant and the breakfast served there was better (compared to one in a new part where I was lodged). Some minor correction could be done in my room (my balcony door could not lock, shower door was difficult to open and similar). Excellent pools and hotel is situated directly on the beach.

Great facilities. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a great view of the beach. The gym is well equipped with a wide variety of equipment from cardio to weight training. The personnel was great and very understanding. Great breakfast options. The restaurant in the new tower can get quite busy but there is always the option to go for breakfast also the the old tower next to it.

Everything was perfect.

Excellent people everywhere, my grateful for Hector (open restaurant) and Tito my partner in tennis court to contributing with my cellular renovation, they are outstanding. The rest of the people excellent each one, I have the chance to choose a different hotel but I prefer to go a place that I feel as in my home.

Don’t use plastic material to wrap or protect clothes sent to laundry.

This has been my hotel for travel to Cartagena with family for the past years, certainly the staff it is top notch always, they just are very special and warm with my children and wife.

Perhaps it is not perfect place for couples looking for night live entertainment but specially you should ask before to buy the night buffet, that the drinks are not included….specially if the regular coke, water or fruits juice can cost you twice or triple!!! in order to avoid surprises checking out!!

The location is excellent, central to all the touristic interests. The food in the restaurants is very good with decent options to choose from. The staff is excellent, the rooms spacious and extremely clean and well maintained

The beach is horrible. If you’re purpose for visiting is an awesome beach vacation this is not the place for you

this is the place to be. It has everything you need for your mental and physical comfort to join your days off. the staff: they are 100% dedicated to serve you with all needs including thing outside of the hotel. i will come back to las americas. Beach local Vendors: i guess they are also aware of how to treat the tourists.They were all lovely.

I am still looking for something bad about this hotel BUT still cant find it and i will never find it.
