It is great that the hotel is pet friendly, their staff were very friendly with my dog. Also, The hotel is next to the beach, so it’s very convenient, they offer trowels but don’t have tents or chairs for guests in the beach. The room was comfortable, with AC and a nice balcony.

The breakfast wasn’t the best, it is a good buffet with fruit, juices and vegetables but the eggs line took me 30 minutes. They extra charge for the arepas de huevo or the Cartagenan food, which was disappointing. Also even paying, it was sold out. They hotel is clean but the facade and some walls looks quite deteriorating but might be normal for the weather. Also, in the back of the hotel there is an exit door that connects with the beach. That area was full of garbage. It’d be nice if the hotel works with the locals to clean up that part of the beach.

I will truly recommend this hotel , because of great position in Cartagena. Room service ,ladies which were cleaning everyday , stuff in restaurants was so great, friendly and pleasant. Nice place with two pools outside, gym ,tennis court…. etc. Two restaurants in hotel with so delicious food and drinks like Pina colada and Coco lemon we truly recommend to taste it.

Only breakfast , everyday we had the same food . For example instead of omelet you should make boiled eggs or put some different cheese and ham. It is not problem when you stay 2-3 days , but ten days or more you ask yourself what to eat now?

Nice hotel with super friendly staff. Restaurant was good as well. Location was great cause it was quiet but still pretty close to nearly every interesting place. Everything reachable with a short Uber ride. Would recommend staying here.

Might need a few renovations here and there and a way to properly close the shower cause I always made a mess of the bathroom when showering. Also the rooms with balcony toward the street can be a bit loud if you leave the balcony open even tho it makes for a great view. But that’s a small detail and overall I’m really happy with my stay and would come back here every time.

The property immediately exceeded my expectations upon arrival. The staff was / is extremely accommodating and the grounds where well maintained. My only gripe is that parts of the hotel showed visible signs of where but you could see that they were in the process of remodeling some of the property. Overall a GREAT stay and I will definitely return when visiting this region in Columbia.

The hotel location was really good. Access to the beach, fromthe back of the hotel. Pools were great and the staff was very polite and helpful. The gym was good but the equipment was rather dated and not great. It's 10 minutes away from the city centre and Uber works great.

It was a bit dated, and the beach air is not gentle with buildings by the beach. The room was quite small, and a bit more dated than what the pictures show. The staff was great, but a bit slow at times, it seemed to be understaffed for the restaurant and breakfast service.

The hotel is good value for money, most of the staff is excellent. Eduardo on the front desk is amazing, a true gentleman. The restaurant special mention to Lina and Alonso. In housekeeping Jessica was magnificent. My only criticism was no wine available in the restaurant and one or two of the wait staff are sleeping at the wheel All in all enjoyed my stay

The staff in the restaurant and housekeeping were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. the bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The pool near the restaurant was very good Its a convenient location to the old city.

It looks like the property could use some renovation. while it did not affect my stay, it is aesthetically not pleasing. The food in the restaurant was good but there is no variation from day to day on the menu. There really is no beach there as there has been much erosion;

I was there to relax and relax i did. Maryriosa at reception was incredibly friendly on arrival and departure. She even remembered my name when I approached reception to check out. Johnny was there from the moment I arrived to carry my bags and help me with my bags when I check out. The waiting staff were so helpful even though I didn't speak Spanish. Giving incredible food recommendations. The breakfast was AMAZING. The cleaning staff were so friendly and happy. The bar staff were incredibly kind and nice and helpful. Dropping drinks to the pool and always greeting with a smile.

It was perfect.

The pool, the restaurant. It is located right on the ocean. Staff is friendly. The hotel needs a better handyman for the repair if the walls and painting but in general good. Transportation always available in front of the hotel.

Could be a bit more strict when it comes to clean the rooms.

A pretty resort with lovely pools and a cute restaurant. The room was spacious with big windows and nice views. Staff were polite and helpful. Only a 10 min drive into town. Great convenience store right next door.

It wasn’t located near anything walkable. The beach wasn’t very pretty and was VERY unsafe. Aggressive and harassing vendors who physically grabbed my friend. High rate of theft on the beach. I had locals trying to rob my backpack as I was kneeling in the sand trying to help a girl who drowned. If you are a foreigner, this beach is not for you.
