Very nice and helpful staff, from the manager to restaurant employees to the lady who took care of my room.

They should put more attention in keeping the balcony clean. Also, in times of water shortages in the country, they should implement faster hot water in the showers to avoid waste.

Well located in Old Town Cartagena (note Google currently has it located in the wrong place- the lobby is to the left of Uma Cantina Peruana). The staff were all polite, helpful and spoke good English. They gave me both and early check in and late check out. The rooms were clean and well thought out. Mine was on the small side (based on the emergency map smaller than other rooms) but still very functional. 2 luggage racks, laundry line in the shower, stocked mini fridge. Good air conditioning and water pressure in the shower. I really enjoyed the roof deck which had lots of seats and also a restaurant and bar.

Breakfast was average.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. There was a power issue in the city and they provided us with another room until the issue was resolved, upon check in and a complimentary 30 massage.

The separation of the buildings were a little weird. The suites are in a different building than the main hotel. The staff will bring you what you need but everything is in the main building, which is a 2 min walk away.

Felt so pampered here. Perfect location, even though it’s a Hilton property it has a boutique hotel feel. The rooms are immaculate, bathroom shower was best on our trip where we stayed in Marriott and Hiltons. Breakfast was delicious. What stands out is the hospitality - their service was top notch. Freddy and Maria were ever so helpful: I booked on booking.con and the communication was very prompt! It was our anniversary and they even arranged for cake and cookies for us!

Very small pool

Excellent location, in the historic centre, walking distance to the main touristic points. Hotel is new, well decorated and very well located. Room size is quite good (2 couple beds). Good and quite air conditioning. Excellent shower. Confortable beds with different pillow sizes. Several usage kits (e.g. shaving, tooth paste, seizure, etc). Offers iron and hair dryer. Rooftop with swimming pool (a little small but ok), and a good bar with cocktails and DJ music in the afternoon/night (a little too expensive though). Breakfast is very good and you can order some otther things if you like. The staff is quite friendly and helpful.

The music from the rooftop bar can be heard from the room (although it is not too loud and it does not go to long through the night).

The Breakfast is amazing. The room is very comfortable and was bigger than expected. The location is perfect, it is near very good restaurants like Juan del Mar, and also is a Juan Valdez very close.

The restaurants close at 11pm, there's no room service after that hour.

We loved our stay at the Nacar hotel in Cartagena. The hotel is in a great location - we walked almost everywhere we needed to go within the walled city. The rooftop pool and bar were great. Staff were kind and helpful. Hotel breakfast is also incredible. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Location, Breakfast at hotel and great restaurant in the lobby. Able to walk around the area, lots to do and see and shopping was a plus.

I wish the bathroom was enclosed especially if you are in a group.

The bathroom could have a more suitable door, which would preserve privacy. And the prices of drinks at the pool bar are very expensive, even more expensive than superior hotels.

Rooms are great, restaurant and rooftop are great, cleaning is impecable, breakfast is truly good, location is perfect, but service is something apart: certainly difficult to find something similar nowadays. Oscar, Andrés, Fredy, Rafael, Jania, Geneidis, Luis Miguel, Brandon, and the rest of the people that work there certainly take care of every aspect and manage to turn every detail into a great experience for us. Me and my wife use to getaway to Cartagena 4 to 5 times in the year, and after exploring many good options, we decided not to try a different hotel. This is OUR hotel in Cartagena.
