Beautiful hotel, and they kindly moved me (to an even nicer room) due to construction happening in the property adjacent to my original room. Fantastic location over the square, and the staff were lovely and helpful, especially Jessica at the front desk. The lady serving breakfast cooked me a vegan breakfast specially, which was much appreciated.

Although the location is great, overlooking the square, the downside is that you can hear the noise until 11 or 12 at night, although it is quite quiet after that. WiFi can go down sometimes, which is probably the provider rather than the hotel.

This Hotel was extremely close to many locations. It's definitely a convenient place to stay. Downstairs, you will be surrounded by food vendors, restaurants, money exchange locations and shopping stores.

I'm not going to lie this hotel was great for the price and PRIME location. The two things that I would complain about were the water. believe it or not, at first I was worried about having enough hot water but in reality, it was the opposite there was barely any cold water so the water when showering was scorching HOT. Another thing was the beds were stiff and hard. Also, keep in mind when you check in your room will not be cold. You will need to turn on the air and wait an hour or so to allow the room to cool.

Lovely stay in this boutique hotel. Perfect location. Right in the center of the walled city, next to a beautiful plazza with a small park but just a few blocks away from the main noisy sites. Breakfast was really good and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They stored our bags before and after check in and arranged laundry for us. We forgot a small bag in our room when we left and they are trying to get it back to us in Canada. One of the best hotel we stayed in during our Colombia trip! Highly recommend it.

Excellent location, nice room in a very historic building and friendly staff. The location of the place is really good. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the park which we enjoyed in the evening - nice to share a bottle of wine and listen to the music below without getting hassled by the street vendors when sitting in the restaurant/cafe. Room was not very noisy really…everything quieted down after 11pm and we had no problem sleeping.

The location in the old town couldn't be better. We loved sitting in front of a balcony in a common area. It has an indoor pool to get cooled down after a walk and a roof terrace to chill out.

The rooms don't have much natural light as there are no external walls. They face a lovely internal patio with a lot of sitting areas.

The room was spacious and clean. The personal was very nice and helpful. Love the fountain in the middle of the hotel.

Every day the same breakfast. They could change every other day. The room we had was next to the entrance of the hotel closed to the plaza with a lot of noise all day.

Well located hotel in the middle of the historic centrum. The suite was great and we had separate bedrooms for us and the children. The staff was awesome and really friendly. If you are looking for an escape of all the people trying to sell stuff, you can buy a drink around the corner and drink this in all easiness on the balcony.

very central location over looking a cute park. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy, the lady working the kitchen was very kind. The bed is comfortable. We had a room with a balcony, the room was large and had plenty of sitting area, a closet and little kitchen counter with sink and fridge. The fridge was stocked with a variety of drinks which you can have, but pay a low fee when checking out. AC worked great and saved us with that heat. wifi was good throughout. pretty building, great rooftop, but very hot up there.

Being in the center, if you get a balcony, you’ll hear street noise pretty late; like till 3am. I slept through most. Be warned, not sure if it’s every Saturday, but there was a 6am workout class with bouncy shoes right in front at the park.

I loved everything about this hotel! The location, the decor, the room, the comfy bed, the nicest staff, the cleanliness, the location I can’t say anything bad about Hotel at park. The staff were so polite and attentive, the location was perfect, the room was clean and beautiful. I even extended my stay, I didn’t want to leave .
