This is My favorite place to stay within the walled city…! The staff are amazing people and the general manager makes sure that I’m always taken care of. This hotel is a very intimate little location. Most places in Colombia has issues getting hot water therefore this is not really a concern… I smoke my smoke on the balcony and sometimes get a notification from the manager to be mindful of other guests… This place is amazing and I would highly recommend you stay here and tell them I sent you… With love to the staff and management… Thank You for a great experience each trip…

Attention to my needs and the great price for such an amazing little place… It’s located on a very busy street with store accessibility and local eateries… It gets very quiet during the night after 9pm… I recommend this spot to people who first travel to Cartagena… You also have access to the port within walking distance to go to the Rosario islands and other adjacent islands off the coast…

Location is absolutely great, just like any hotel in the historic center. Breakfast was very scrumptious and very tasty. The lady serving breakfast was very nice and friendly. The whole hotel is like a an old house converted to a nice hotel stay. I also enjoyed my room, AC worked great. Wifi was up and down, but also when it was working it wasn't very strongest. I had to occasionally work and I was unable to do any work video calls.

The only one thing that I di not like is that the hotel doesn't allow guests in your room. As a policy, your friends can come hang out in the property and not in the room, which probably is due to safety issues. So please keep this in mind, if you are planning to bring over "friends", the hotel charges almost 25$ extra for that.

Great service at the hotel. Everyone was polite, nice and always willing to help. We woke up a bit late and even though breakfast was done being served, the staff accommodated us and still served us a delicious breakfast. We kept our bags in the hotel after checkout at not charge! That was great 😃 so we could cñmake the most of the rest of the day walking around before heading to the airport later on the day.

I like the location and the late night security. The morning was a great way to start the day off with.

The shower backup while taking a shower, so I turned it off to soap up and back on to rinse off.

Well thanks for having me. The hotel was very good to me in my stay I didn't have to go and complain about nothing. The maid service did a good job cleaning up after me.

I wish they get cleaner bath towel or buy newer ones.

Our room the first 2 nights was right beside reception so a little noisy at night with the doorbell but we changed rooms when we extended our stay and it wasn’t noisy at all! Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfy. Location was ideal!

When we changed rooms the water wouldn’t work for a little while. It wasn’t a huge issue and the water came back on. Noisy on first and second night next to reception but changed rooms and fine after that!

The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and quiet. The lobby was bright and breakfast was included.

We were put in a room by reception at first which had a leak from the air conditioning unit and was quite dangerous, but they did move us to a new room when we asked. The first room was right by reception and was very small with no space to put your things plus you could hear the bell that guests ring to get in so would not have been quiet.

Good value for money within Old Town. Doorbell to access the property at night is quite loud, keep in mind if you are a light sleeper as you can hear it from the room.

Very close to everywhere you could want to go. Easily could come back to hotel to take a break. Great food options around.
