Very good and safe location, friendly staff, accommodating. Nice room and comfortable. Good breakfast options. Safe, close to supermarket. I have read some comments about bar noise but we didn't hear anything at night coming from the bar.

Room doesn't have windows and it is very small so no so much space to put things around for more than 2 people we were 3 and a little difficult as no place to hang out clothes or drawers. Our room was next to reception which causes some noise from the person at the reception if there are calls or other guest there but nothing super bothering. Only thing is wifi was not working very well.

- The hotel is at the center, however located well to avoid the noise of the clubs etc. - The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel. - It's clean. There were lots of towels in the room. There is also a small ironing table with iron, which interesting for Cartagena but I loved it. - They offer 3 options for the breakfast and what I had was decent. - Personnel is very kind and helpful.

- As most others in the city center, the room was relatively small, so it's hard to arrange the A/C. - The shower was good and spacious, but the bathroom in total was small and the seat was weirdly uncomfortable. - The rooms are not really isolated for the sound, so the neighboring room can be heard easily. In general, it's enough for a person, but I wouldn't prefer it if I were with somebody because everything was for the size a single-stay. It's shown as a five star hotel here, but obviously it's not. A well-located clean boutique at best.

Great location, not on a busy street, so you can sleep well at night and it is safe. Very comfortable beds (super) and it had hot water. 4 different breakfast options (there were others but not included in the price).

The bathroom was directly connected to the bedroom (the door which separated them did not come all the way up to the ceiling). We booked it with some months in advanced so we paid a good value for money. But if you book it later on, it will be pricey.

The location was amazing- right in the walled city. Very cute decor. Hotel was small, intimate and had a fantastic staff! Was very impressed at how quite the hotel is, given the location. Rooms were very comfortable.

The mixing of the shower water to get the desired temperature was very difficult.

we had a room in the first floor toward the back of the building. it was very clean and quiet. and also Carlos is very helpful and nice. we really enjoyed our stay.

the bathroom doesn’t offer much privacy. ist open therefore you get to know your partner very well ;)

Staff was very friendly, beds were nice and location was great.

The rooms on the main floor are quite noisy, you can hear everything when people have breakfast or walk through the hallway, so wouldn’t recommend it if you’re planning on sleeping in.

Everything. The rooms had working air conditioning, it was quiet, with very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although not a restaurant onsite there are several very good restaurants within a a couple minutes walk. Very nice location near Fernandez Madrid park.

The location was good, it wasn’t too loud although the room was located just off the lobby so I could hear people checking in and out in the morning.
