The hotel has excellent shower pressure, which is not common in all colombian hotels. The beds are comfortable and it is clean. The location is equally good, placed in the old town and close to city highlights. The breakfast was also good, located in a cafe within the same building as the hotel.

One of the rooms we originally reserved had a windowed door. To block the view, we would have to roll down a blackout screen. We decided to pay extra for an upgrade to avoid people looking into the room, since it was on the ground floor. Some of the bedrooms on the second floor had large windows facing the hallway which allowed anyone to look in and did not provide privacy.

The hotel was very stylish and well located within walking distance of all the sights of the historic centre and Getsemeni. The breakfast was good, and when we informed the staff that we were rushing for a tour they prepared it quickly for us. We were able to relax at the pool area on our last day, after we had checked out, though it is a little small - you can’t swim in it, just sit and chill. The staff kindly stored our luggage on our last day.

The room was a little on the small side, but that didn’t really bother us.

Great location in the old town and within easy walking distance of all sights. Hotel is looking a bit tired once you get beyond the restaurant and lobby. Rooms very small but bed and pillows really comfortable. Plentiful supply of hot water. Noise travels in the hotel due to its design around a central atrium. Pool is really small and not very clean. Roof area needs some attention.

The hotel was exactly as expected, with exceptionally nice staff who were committed to making our experience the best. Everything was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was outstanding. The cafe in front of the hotel served delicious food, and the surroundings were fantastic. I definitely recommend this hotel.

It is like a prison, windows only inside. Courtains always closed. Some old guy full of cocaine partying with ladies every night. For couples and regular persons, Cartagena is a terrible destination. To be avoided. Scams everywhere, food is horrible.

Super recommended hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful. Location is AMAZING! Interior design is clean and contemporary. Included breakfast is great! I recommend the superior room since it has natural light from a private little patio. Try the restaurant’s churro french toast, burrata, and empanadas!

Cons: safe was not attached to anything. I strongly suggest having card key to open rooms. Its tough to have to share keys.

Right in the historic centre of Cartagena, this beautiful hotel has a very good breakfast, awesome pool and the staff is always super friendly and helpful, one of the best room i've stayed in my 3 weeks trip highly reccomended 💯

initially, we were in a room without windows, but the staff changed our room to a smaller one with a window facing the inside of the property. breakfast was a la carte and took a long time to get ready when the restaurant was busy.

it is a very stylish boutique hotel with nice and comfortable beds. the location is very very good. The receptionist, Dani, was very helpful and friendly. She helped me with a lot and I was even able to get a bigger room (with paying a little more).

Some rooms have only windows to the hallway, be aware of that.

This property is beautiful, has a decent pool upstairs, ice, cold air conditioning, and everything you need for a comfortable stay for a few days

The street “vendors” are ridiculously persistent in the town and very annoying to deal with
