The location is on the periphery of Cartagena's Walled City tourist center. This means you are a very short walk to the Clock Tower and all the bars, clubs and museums. But without the all night noise of a hotter block. On the periphery, you are also very very close to the real living city underneath the tourist disneyland. There is a large and useful department store across the street, but almost invisible within a picturesque edifice. The rooms are all suites with kitchens and living rooms. Many have multiple bedrooms and balconies over the quiet and charming street. Breakfast is not a buffet, but delightful and generous.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, but they handed us (twice) wet towels and told us to dry them ourselves by spreading them on the bed (in our spare bedroom) and running the air conditioner. There is no hot water shower. But worst of all is the sewer gas that stinks up our room. Sewer gas is ubiquitous on the streets of Cartagena, but not as often indoors. You acclimate quickly, and only smell it as you enter the room. Kinda disgusting at first, and then forgotten. But I wonder whether is it is any sort of health hazard?

Very good hotel and acommodation. It is old style hotel but with soul of Cartagena / Latin America with a very clean rooms. For currently price it is very worth. Breakfast included too 👍🏻 Compared to nearby hotels in Down town this is really better offer. And I have to give credit to the all hotel staff who are professional and friendly 👍🏻

The "downside" is the noise from outside during night time. But as I said before this is very good hotel 👍🏻

They knew it was my bday trip, I found balloons and decorations in the room! Amazing location, very clean, comfy bed and nice shower.

I said I did not want the cleaning service until check out cause I did not want people in my room, they said it's mandatory. There is just one girl to prepare bfast for everyone, no water at bfast ( really?). I asked for a silent room, there are plenty empty and they gave me the onw near the 24 reception...

Fantastic staff, the girls on reception are great and so helpful. They even let us check in early and held our bags. Printed some paperwork for me too. 10/10 service. The location is also great, just inside the walls and close proximity to the sights. The hotel felt safe.

The only downside was the noise. It is situated on an active street in Cartagena and we were on the street side. All day and night you will hear vendors and car horns blasting. One night I had to sleep with AirPods in

The room is small and simple but has everything you need: a comfy bed, shower (even though little pressure and not really hot) and a AC that is very quiet (we had it on the whole night as it got unbearable without one and you barely heard it). The terrace is also nice. Location is perfect!

The staff could be a little more friendly and water pressure could be better. Everything else was great

There wasn’t much choice, eggs, toast, soup, and ham, more variety of fruit, some common juice, such as Orange or Pineapple juice. The staff were extremely helpful and polite 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Speaking from a culinary standpoint the menu could be more outgoing, your country has some the most exotic ingredients, please share them with the world

Staff were very friendly. I ordered their Colombian breakfast everyday, very typical and delicious! The room I stayed has no balcony not facing the street, which is very quiet. Location is the best. It's at walking distance to the wall, the Getsemaní, the Clock Tower, where the meeting point for tours. Supermarket and money exchange is right around the corner.

The location is in the centre, the size of the room and the personnel that are very kind and nice, both at the reception and at the breakfast terrace. Also the breakfast is simple but good.

The hotel is seemingly too big for what is being done with it. Every bunch of rooms shares something that earlier was a kitchen. This rooms could be made comfortable little corners to spend time in. As well as supplying a few kitchen basics would greatly improve what is already in place

Good location at the historic centre. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, you have a few options to choose. Rooms were big and confortable. The rooftop has a nice view.

No hot water. Breakfast was open for just two hours. A bit noisy at night.
