It was located in a quiet street in Cartagena, it had a beautiful charm about it and was very clean. We were in a cute little "love nest" that was perfect for our one night stay. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The pool was a lot smaller than it looked in the photos. The room was not 100% - the ACs on the outside were quite noisy, some tiles on the floor were broken and wobbled and the room was rather on the small side

We loved everything! The small pool was perfect to escape the Cartagena heat, the room was so comfortable (we slept like babies!), the breakfast was more than enough, and the staff was very helpful. The location is perfect for walking within the walled city and to get to other popular areas. We were so satisfied with our stay, we didn't want to leave. The room was cleaned every day and we had hot water, contrary to other reviews.

This is the only location you will want to be, beautiful and quite street next to everything. The hotel is super cute and breakfast was delicious (the best one we had in a month travelling Colombia. But the best part are the staff members, so helpful and friendly, especially Sharon, Jose and Caroline. Thank you so much for making our visit a good one.

Loved the location on a quiet street. The hotel was beautiful and having a pool was especially nice to escape the heat of the walled city. The made to order breakfast with fresh fruit and juice was also lovely.

A quiet and comfortable hotel, well located near two plazas, with amazing restaurants just 2 to 5 minutes away. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I fell in love with the hotel facilities: mainly the charming rooftop, with beds, jacuzzi, and places just to sit and relax.

We arrived and the room we had reserved had a plumbing issue, but Miguel at the front desk moved us to another room. The new room met our expectations and made our stay a very pleasant one. Thank you for taking care of us immediately. The breakfast room at this hotel is just beautiful! The location is also another plus, quiet area, but close to restaurants and a large supermarket.

Great hotel in the center of Cartagena. Comfy Beds, friendly staff. Everything was easy. The rooftop terrace was a nice bonus! It feels a little forgotten about, but it's a quiet place to hang out away from the bustle of the streets below.

Our room was a little bit dark. It had a window looking onto a ventilation shaft. It still let in sunlight, but it felt a tiny bit cave-like. I think there were rooms with a better view, but we got unlucky i guess. Nothing to complain about for the price.

The hotel is located in a lovely street, I would say the best street in the old town, due the old houses are old with hanging flowers and trees that decorate the street beautifully. The breakfast was decent, with proper juice made with fruit, lovely coffee, well prepared eggs

I was happy with the hotel and the small plunge pool made a big difference in a hot day, we enjoyed the cold pool (:

The Location is amazing! Walking distance from everything in the old city. The staff was amazing and super helpful with every little detail. This seems to be an old house that was made a hotel and every little detail transport you to colonial times. Loved the vibe! The café was the cutest most interesting place of the house. They gave me the bill on a tersure box and it every little detail was so meaningfull.

I want to be fair, and start by saying that I am not a heavy sleeper, so every little noise wakes me up. Also my room was the closest to the entrance, so I could hear everyone coming in. However, the bed was so comfortable that I would fall sleep again easily.

The hotel is very well positioned, there are many nice restaurants and rooftops nearby. We kindly received an upgrade to the room we originally booked and it was great, large and comfortable

The bathroom had a high level opening (without glass or even a mosquito net) that was facing the main hall with the pool, so didn’t feel very private
