Very comfortable and well equipped room, with a great view across the rooftops of Cartagena, giving it a luxurious feel. Responsive and friendly staff via a dedicated WhatsApp chat. Simple check in and out and a proper boutique feel to the hotel. Excellent roof terrace and plunge pool (in the Penthouse suite), given Cartagena's humidity. Lots of great touches both in the room and around the hotel. Excellent location for accessing Cartagena's old city.

The suite does suffer from noise at night, both from the street (drumming from street performers) and the rooftop bar above it, both via scraping chairs audible through the ceiling, and noise through the suite's door from guests coming to and from the bar. Since the bar is open until 1am, this can prove disruptive to sleep. For an expensive penthouse suite, this is a shame as it blights an otherwise superb facility. Better soundproofing is ideally needed.

location was excellent. the food and drinks and service inside the earring facilities was very good. front desk was helpful.

the room floors weren’t cleaned. on two days of our stay the rooms were not made or towels changed. if you’re not out of the room by 10 it seems it doesn’t get cleaned. I personally did no like having to use WhatsApp to communicate with hotel staff since I was in vacation and wanted to avoid using my phone except for pictures. I don’t care for the “smart room” features which also implies you have to use your phone to control the lighting and other things.

The property is in a very central location. Rooms were wonderful and the rooftop bar was excellent!

The staff were professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel!!! Maximilo(sp) the gentleman at the daytime reception went over and above to ensure that our stay was wonderful. The house cleaning staff and the ladies who served breakfast were excellent!! They accommodated our early schedule for breakfast. Again, I would highly recommend this hotel! The location is prime!! Lots of fun activities in the area!!

Everything thing at the hotel was excellent However, the surrounding was noisy at night. I still slept through the night.

Ideal location in the middle of the old town, beautiful spacious room that was bathed in light and had a lovely view (even though we had a suite at the back of the hotel), very comfortably fitted and excellent bed and bathroom facilities, decor was fun, everything was immaculate, air con worked and no mosquitos in the room! The roof terrace has a proper vibe, panoramic views and excellent food and cocktails. Breakfast on ground floor was tasty and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were very pleased with our choice!

It's hard to list all the great things about staying at Guesthouse. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind from our welcome beer to getting us a taxi for our return to the airport. And we loved our room, all the food, and the rooftop bar.

Our stay was pretty flawless. Any problems that I'd site would be picky and irrelevant. We had a great time. End of story.

The coffee was amazing, and I enjoyed to the avocado toast.

I thought it was included in the stay but not when you book thru booking.com. Limited options for a vegan but I knew that before arrival.

Great hotel! We loved our room with a private pool! The location is in the middle of everything. I enjoyed hearing the musi from the rooftop bar and people on the streets enjoying life!

Our pool was under the rooftop bar. We found cigarettes butts a couple times in our pool in the morning, but the staff was quick to clean when we asked.
