The staff were amazing, the rooms were nice and clean with ice cold A/C.

Our fridge didnt work and they don’t tell you the snacks are not complimentary there’s no pricing on them in the room and they’re all way overpriced

This is a fabulous property! Brand new, they had just opened a few weeks before we arrived. They are still working on a few additional areas (like rooftop bar, and cafe at the street level), but these additions do not interfere with a peaceful stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They’re working out a few kinks with the systems/employees in the new property, but honestly, it’s completely understandable for a new property. We had a great stay and I will contact them again when we return to Cartagena. Cinco Quintas is close to everything! Loved the location.

This location in El Centro is perfect. You can walk to pretty much anywhere it’s easily accessible. If you plan on booking any day trips out of Cartagena as well the aesthetic and the staff of the hotel is exceptional!

The only problems I had with the hotel was they only provide water for your room your first day. The rest of the days you have to get your own water. Also, I stayed on the first floor with a room with the terrace, but because my room was so close to the main entrance plenty of people thought my terrace was a common area and were utilizing my outdoor space.

This place was perfect. The greenery in the center of beautiful. The rooms were spacious, high ceilings, comfy bed, large walk-in shower, cleaned daily. The staff was awesome. Always ready to help, friendly and courteous. The rooftop bar was amazing. The location was the absolute best. We walked everywhere. SO nice not needing a taxi the whole time we were there. It's right in the middle of everything. A couple blocks from the square where the tours meet. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops all up and down the street and every street next to it. We loved Cartagena and if we go back, we are staying here.

The breakfast was just ok. Not horrible, but not great. There were plenty of other options so it didn't really bother us.

EVERYTHING about Cinco Quintas Hotel was AMAZING!! Location was superb, and the amenities were TOP NOTCH... Typically, you'd expect noise when having a room in such a lively location. But, once inside the hotel, you are immediately immersed in PEACE & TRANQUILITY!! The staff was very professional and kind. Not only that, but they were eager to serve us for the time we were there as guests. We reserved the Presidential Suite with private pool, and it was worth every penny. This is the ONLY place I will stay from now on while in Old Town Cartagena!

Cinco Quintas lived up to its name as a boutique hotel. The design and decor were incredibly stylish. This location is perfectly situated within the walled city. Very close proximity to the pier, restaurants and bars. The staff is AMAZING!! From the reception crew to the restaurant crew. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. They accommodated every single request that was made. I stayed in a spacious private suite and the property was very quiet. The beds are sooo cozy & comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The food was also delicious and again the service was impeccable.

It would be nice to have better lighting suitable for putting on makeup & taking photos. However, we made it work!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was only open a couple months so there were a few kinks that needed to be fixed but the hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

The toilet flush and shower drain wasn't working properly in our room. Also, there was lots of dust in our room from the walls. Overnight our side table and bedding was covered. Our kids room had a leaking AC unit and their luggage which was placed under the unit was wet along with all their clothes. We told the staff but there wasn't much done. Would have been nice if they offered to wash their clothes.

I was a little hesitant to stay here, as this was a newly created/renovated hotel so I wasn't sure what to expect - but man, was this place one of the nicest that I've ever stayed in! Beautifully designed, with TONS of privacy, and beautiful amenities. The hotel restaurant is open (!) and I can confirm the food and drinks there are phenomenal. The staff was beyond accommodating, making sure that we were happy and that we had everything we needed each night. We had the hotel arrange an airport pickup for us and even that was seamless and a great experience. It was even in a central location, right next to some great bars and restaurants, however, you wouldn't know it based on how quiet and peaceful it was inside of the sanctuary of this hotel. I have nothing but great things to say about Cinco Quintas, and I am recommending it to everyone I know. It made our romantic vacation 10x better than we had hoped for. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Our room was cute and comfortable! We were able to play Netflix on the TV. The breakfast was good each morning. The staff was very nice and helpful and we used them to book massages and dinners. The AC worked very well. We had a room facing the inner courtyard which was quiet and away from street noise.

We didn't always have hot water in the shower and there was no live TV, only streaming.

Breakfast is not provided at the premises but rather on a restaurant short distance walking. This was not mentioned forehand, nor the fact that before 08:00 am you can not have breakfast, which in my case lead to not having breakfast 2/3 days I stayed as I had to leave for work before 08:00.

Besides the breakfat issue, I did not liked that they only left drinking water bottles the first day. The other 2 days, even if I requested it, they were not provided. For the rest, excellent staff, excellent location, excellen hotel, lovely room, quiet night sleep, a real boutique hotel.
