Amazing Price/Value, didn’t imagine I was going to get such quality with such a bargain. It was amazingly well located and it’s very easy to get around since it’s self service, no hassle at check in or check out.

Nothing specific, it seems it’s newly opened and they are working to improve their self service experience.

The location was incredible. Easy to walk everywhere. We chose a balcony room. It was great for people watching, and morning coffee. The maids cleaned the room daily. You have to remember to put the “please clean” sign in the door.

It isn’t a hotel, so there isn’t anyone to speak with other than cleaning staff. We weren’t sure they would be able to check us in early, or possibly hold our luggage until we arrived. Before arrival, the emails simply say,”maybe”. Luckily the cleaning staff was there, and we checked in early.

The place is very clean, and the location was perfect we could easily move around in the main areas of Cartagena.

The rooms does not have windows which make the place a little claustrophobic. Also despite the place being very quiet any noise could be heard from other rooms. Please be aware although I didn’t like these things I would for sure be there again. Overall 9 out of 10.

Great location just in the heart of the walled city, very comfortable bed, spacious room and great bathroom You ll be in the heart of a town that turns into a party area at night, can t really hear anything coming from outside the building, I didn t mind at all but at night you could hear people coming and going from the hallway and corridor, so if you like a very quiet place at night this is not for you

Lack of a window doesn t help with air circulation

The bedroom despite having no windows was super nice. The common areas were algo good. The location is the best and it is a huge help having a code to open the doors.

In my bedroom 202, the pipes of the shower were blocked so the water got stuck. I asked of the employees if they could check but it continued the same.

I liked that it was really good value. Nice location and very clean with nice staff.

We booked the rooms with no windows so it felt a bit claustrophobic which would be fine but there is not any ventilation beside the aircon. So when you walked in you could smell the humid and probably moldy air.

The location is perfect! I know there’s many reviews about the noise, I was concerned about the noise when I booked this place, however I never heard a thing. So that was a plus

Hotel doesn’t have elevator, so if you’re traveling with luggage and staying in a second floor or more… you may struggle a little. Actually the first thing you see when opening the hotel‘s door is a stairway

I liked beauty harmony in every detail, at the same time staff was very kind. I surprise every corner of the place was clean. We felt like surrounded of love. Location was amazing, close to everything even the airport; safety in every hour; the way to go inside to the house is very easy. You can walk easily around.

Great location and sound proof window. The rooms are facing a very busy street but nothing can be heard from inside. Nice dimensions room.

Shower without door and shower head was making the whole bathroom floor wet. Stained sheets but they change it all when requested.
