I stayed here for 10 days in 2022 and had a great time. The location is perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the main square / clock tower. The staff were super friendly, especially Richard who was also there in 2022. They cleaned the apartment twice during my 9 night stay and also provided me with clean towels in between whenever I asked. Aircon worked well, safety deposit box also in the room and also a small filter coffee machine which was a pleasant surprise. If you need to boil water there's a saucepan. Fairly big supermarket 3 minute ish walk away on the same street.

The hotel is located in the old town, which means many shops and attractions were closed during our visit. The Wi-Fi was good. Although this hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, guests can access the pool at a nearby hotel of the same brand, which is just a 10-minute walk away.

Upon our arrival, we noticed that our room had a musty smell. We asked the receptionist if we could change to another room, and they offered us a room with a balcony, but we had to pay an extra fee for that. Additionally, the TV in our room was not working properly, and when we reported it to the receptionist, happily, it was fixed the following day. Even though we stayed for a week, our room was only cleaned once. If we wanted additional cleaning, we had to pay for it. Lastly, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy during the night.

The location is super centric! Close also to the port for getting the boats to the islands. The building is nice and well maintained. The room is very spacious and clean.

If you have one of the rooms that give to the main road,it can get very loud at night. Just get a pair of earplugs in the bag just in case! The staff is very welcoming but unfortunately simple requests become complicated, I believe it’s due to the staff being not that much experienced. However, if you are patience enough,they try ti help you

No breakfast but didn't expect it. In historical centre so pretty loud outside at night unless you closed the windows, but there is air conditioning so not a problem. It is good for friends who don't want to sleep in same room as there is a loft and the main room is spacious with a kitchen. Liked the simple wood and white decor. The terrace on the top was a nice quiet place to hang out.

The walls are so thin in the bathroom that you can hear your neighbours conversation. But only there. Only cold water in shower but that is normal in the Caribbean!

I loved my stay here. And for the price I paid compared to other places I stayed in this city (I couldn't book this one for longer as it was full), it's definitely good value. It's clean and big, I stayed in the apartment overlooking the street with lots of light and a comfy bed. The bathrooms were big and the living room was great. The rooftop was great to have a little break after all the walking in the heat. I will definitely book this again when I'm back, and I'm not that easily satisfied, so thank you!

I liked that the location of the boutique hotel was within the walls. All the shops and possibly the nicest mall I've ever seen are located within walking distance. The staff were amazing. Possibly because it's a high tourist traffic area; the staff here speak English. We arrived a few hours before check in and the hotel offered to hold our luggage and personally deliver them to our room once it's ready so that we don't have to worry about carrying them out. It was the same at check out. I asked for help with the luggage and they sent up a staff member to help deliver them to the lobby. It was a really nice touch and as someone travelling from hotel to hotel every few days, it was extremely appreciated.

Nothing in particular that I didn't like. My experience in Cartagena was for two days, and I didn't go for the beaches. That's something I had done in Santa Marta prior to and wasn't interested in the higher touristy prices of Cartagena beaches. My only specific comment was that the beds weren't super comfortable and I did feel sore after waking up.

little pricy compared to other hotel near by. Hotel has a big kitchen but no microwave and no electric Kettle to boil water. It has coffee maker but no coffee and no filter provide. Picture shows a small pool on roof top but that is a joke, it only deep enough to wash you foot.

Location was excellent, as my partner and I were near all the action of Cartagena (next to the clock tower). The room itself was incredibly sizeable. We had a living room, a small kitchen, a huge bathroom, a separate space for the bed, and we even had a balcony. Hot water and air condition too. We also had access to a very nice terrace (with a small pool), where you could see the ocean and the cathedrals.

The only downsides to the experience is that there is only 1 guaranteed housekeeping per your stay. You'd have to pay more if you wanted your room clean 24/7. It's not a problem in itself, but a real tidy room goes a long way. Then there's the problem of noise. It gets pretty noisy sometimes during the day, and especially during midnight when everyone is partying. It settles down after a while.

The staff was great, especially Richard at night. Very professional and accommodating. Most of the staff speak English pretty well. You can't beat the location. Right in the center of the walled city, but also on the outskirts so that it's easy to catch an Uber or taxi. Very affordable and comfortable. The beds were great. The only cons would be the age of the property and furniture, and the stairs to get to the bedroom can be a pain sometimes. I will definitely come back!

The location is excellent, within the walled city and close to the historical sites. The overall equipment of the room was good. A nice rooftop area with a small pool and seating area offers great views. There’s a tour desk on the lobby with great and secure options to take a trip to the surrounding areas.

Outside of the hotel there are many homeless but that’s a city problem. Regarding the room, everything from other rooms can be heard, from voices, noises and even when they shower. The room stairs are also noisy and somewhat loose.
