Excellent location, dozens of excellent restaurant at short walking distance, despite this the hotel location is absolutely quiet. Very comfortable room, exceeded my expectations for this kind of hotel in the center of the walled city. The Hotel personnel promptly and gently solved all the doubts/needs we raised to them (Taxis, ATMs, Laundry, etc.).

A group of guests chatting and laughing at very loud voice in the lobby, a couple of times, late in the night. I would have expected this group to be called to stop doing so earlier than it was. It took a long while.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The facilities were in excellent condition, the swimming pool area was very nice and relaxing and the breakfast was lovely. All the staff - Ivan, Natalia, Javier and everyone, were very kind and attentive. The hotel and staff are lovely and I will stay again with them.

Not the hotel's fault, but do note if you are Colombian you have to pay 19% VAT. Therefore, if you are travelling with foreigners (partner/friends/family), make sure you book under their name and you show their passport when you arrive at the hotel so that you don't have to pay the 19% VAT.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff in the breakfast area and kitchen were incredibly helpful and always attentive of our needs. Cleaning lady always made sure everything was tidy, thank you! Pool area was clean and had an amazing view. The hotel’s location was great: close to everything but far enough so you didn’t hear noise. Quiet and calm nights. Walking distance from most of our activities! Felt safe.

The hotel doesn’t offer room service or lunch/dinner. Breakfast is fantastic. For those who enjoy room service, it will not be available.

We took two rooms and one did not have a window leading to the outside - only a window onto the passageway. For me, that is just unacceptable. Also the TV did not work. I complained, they said they were full and could not give me another room. They came three times to "fix" the TV, to no avail. I let them know that I was very unhappy, whereupon they announced they had a last minute cancellation, and finally they gave me another room. After that, I got a lot happier but I don't think I should have had to fight. The pool area is very nice, the rooms are clean, beds are great. Location is good.

The whole hotel is very beige, the architecture is lovely and old, but the interior decor could be at an anonymous hotel in Miami. I would suggest a little bit of colour and some local art and craft. Also, the hotel staff are very helpful, but they speak very very little English. As described above, my first room was a disgrace. I don't think they should be offering a room with no window to anyone. There are no comfortable chairs in the lobby/reception, only a bench and a few tables with dining chairs. There should be a comfortable sitting area by the reception.

The room was clean, large, and comfortable. Good air conditioning, comfortable mattress, plenty of hot water, and lovely ambience. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent for exploring the walled city.

Better toiletries would be nice. I would have appreciated conditioner and bar soap, though I didn't ask; they might have been available.

The breakfast was great; fresh fruit, juices, cereal and coffee; also eggs or pancakes cooked to order; staff was very helpful and pleasant. They knew your name and catered to you. The bar by the pool was simple but they prepared exceptional house drinks for a great price.

Liked everything; it is a small place so there is no restaurant per se at the facility but there are plenty of places within walking distance. Highly recommended and exceptional value for a boutique hotel in a city where high quality hotels tend to be quite pricey.

The pool/rooftop wasn’t quite well-kept. Was lacking in music and ambiance. No active bar or music available. Went up early one day to get a nice swim in and relax, but it wasn’t clean and maintenance was being done on the upstairs bathroom/terrace.

Great location, just outside hussle and bussle, all walkable. Great property and rooms, nice staff.

All great apart from breakfast, pastries are left open to the elements so if you’re a late rise they will be hard, otherwise fab.

We enjoyed our stay, bed was comfortable, rooms were good size. Location was central to many great restaurants. The staff was helpful with dinner reservation and any question we had regarding the area.

We had to leave one night early. They agreed to refund the 4th night but they refused to refund to credit card and wanted our bank information. We finally agreed to give them this information and have yet to see any refund to our account. Breakfast was mediocre, fruit didn't seem fresh. Rooftop pool is not staffed with bartender, they could do so much more. There are noisy birds banging around on the roof that woke us every morning.

That it doesn’t have a restaurant all day, i wish they serve different breakfast everyday, wish that they had someone aside from the receptionist going around if they hear any noise. The last two nights a group of guest where being really loud from 1-5 in the morning , playing music, screaming making it imposible for the other guest to sleep
