Super clean and comfortable. Location is nearer the airport so a 15-20 min taxi ride to the historic centre. Pool area really nice facing the beach with beach access. No restaurants outside hotel but there is a lovely beach restaurant about 5 mins walk to the right of the hotel on the beach. It's the one with the giant head. Can't remember the name but it's gorgeous and the food was good. Friendly staff.

There was a family with about 12 kids making lots of noise and bombing in the main pool. The staff did not seem concerned about the disruption to other guests. The hotel had live singers in the lobby which were super loud. Luckily we went out so we missed the majority of the noise.

The people were great! wonderful service! Very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again!

The public beach outside of the property is dirty, smells bad and has vendors that harass you. However- the pools there are great, the security guards there try to help advise you of the situation and there is a lovely lady in the lobby who will arrange a boat ride to the Rosario Islands where you can go to crystal clear water and white sand beaches.

Nice pools, good wifi in all areas. The breakfast and the food from the restaurant are both satisfactory. Even if clearly old and falling apart in many details, our suite was large, well designed and ultimately comfortable.

It has the looks of a slightly rundown all-inclusive resort. No hot water in the evening, the gym needs an update. Far from everything. The local beach is ugly and with black sea water that is not inviting.

Staff checks in often (sometimes 3x a day), whether housekeeping, for the mini fridge, or for a “wellness check”. Can be bothersome when sleeping in till noon, (especially if jet lagged). Although I understand it needs to be done, was unfortunate for me, however if you’re up before 11 you should be fine.

it was a beautiful building with beautiful facilities. connected to beach was amazing as well, they were very attentive to all the guests. it was my birthday during this trip and the staff surprised me with a piece of birthday cake and card, and personally wished me a happy birthday! i felt very special and appreciated.

it is surrounded by other hotels so not too much is close by asides from the beach but i knew that prior to booking. it is quick to get to the main center of the city

Overall this was a good place to stay. The pool was good. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety.

It was a bit dated and the pool side service was slow. Our rooms window had a substantial crack in, that did not impact our stay and was scheduled for maintenance.

Staying at La Boquilla is a great way to have a nice access to the beach and a bit calmer environment that in Bocagrande or the old town. The hotel is great with delightful facilities. The rooftop jacuzzis are a great way to spend time under the sun in the afternoon. The food was fantastic.

The building, the room, the living areas around. The restaurants and food quality, the service was excellent. Everybody was working hard to make us feel really good and they did deliver.

I wish I would have got an ocean view room… and would love to have a daily shuttle to ciudad amurallada.

The hotel gave us a room upgrade which was a suite extremely nice, comfortable and spacious. The bed was really big and comfortable; the service at the restaurants was great and the breakfast was super big and generous with a huge variety of delicious food both national and international. The hotel is located in a quite area away from the noise and therefore offers a good quality sleep. The center is 10 minutes by taxi, the hotel provides taxi services which is very convenient. There is a private garden in front of the beach which is great to relax and away from the crowded beach. Last, the value paid for the room at this hotel is very good in comparison with others located at the historic center, which offer less quality for a similar price, the Radisson is totally worth it!

There were stains in the bed sheets, which is a point for improvement :)

The staff it’s incredible kind, it’s well located and very comfortable and clean.

The staff of the reception didn’t allow late checkout and they could because the hotel wasn’t full and the room that we had wasn’t booked and I know because I made a reservation on the same kind of room and they had availability, we asked them to charge for the late checkout and they simply didn’t want to, knowing that we had our flight 5 hours after the checkout time, that’s a very disappointing treatment taking in account that is the second time we stay at the same hotel in 5 months, next time maybe we stay at a different Hotel.
