Great place within a 20 min walk to the metro - where you can see all of Medellín. The rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast is AMAZING. We were able to reserve the steam room and jacuzzi just about any night and have it to ourselves. We had a minor issue with our first room, and the hosts gave us a new room ensuring that we were comfortable the whole time. We will return when we come to Medellín. Thanks for everything!

Best for people who are accustomed to Latin America and the neighborhood will be a breeze for you. If you are new to Medellín and Latin America, go to Poblado or Laureles

The location was very good. There is a grocery store next door so that was super convenient. The breakfast on the rooftop was awesome. The bar was a plus in the evenings. Gets super quiet at night which was also a big plus. 2 restrooms and 2 bedrooms, comfortable beds and hot water. I love that the building is completely locked and you have to use a digital keypass to enter the building. I arrived late and my room was ready for me even without staff being present. Wifi was reliable. There were actually 2 wifi's for my room. One 2g and a 5g. How convenient. I will definitely be returning here for my next stay.

NO Air-conditioning! It gets warm even with all windows open and the large sliding glass door on the balcony open.

The property was awesome and very clean. Staff was very responsive thru WhatsApp. Facilities very well clean. The penthouse is awesome and has multiple activities including jacuzzi, small gym, good view, and others. I will recommend this place every time.

The only thing I will suggest is to take a look at the hot/cold water in the unit. Also, have some snacks or appetizers at the penthouse area so guest don’t have to order from outside while in the property

My room had no windows to the outside. There was a double frosted door that led to a roof opening corridor that was 5 floors but couldn't get any air circulation through it, and there was no air-conditioning. I was hot the whole time I was there. This was room 202.

Location great for accessing centre using tram via. Lovely open and spacious terrace on top floor with great views of the city. Great breakfast! Lovely and super helpful staff. Free jacuzzi and sauna that could be used.

Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A local supermarket right next door and located within easy reach of metro train. Very clean and secure premises. A free jacuzzi and sauna. Paid washer and dryer. Fantastic breakfast! Fantastic staff. Fantastic views of the city from the terrace.

The personnel where very helpful and welling to assist in everything. The location was perfect for what i needed so i saved money on transportation and that was a plus for me :) The breakfast was good!

a lot noise on the floor at night... seems another person drunk in his room, and he was arguing with another person's 2 am to 5pm, but sides that particular problem with that person, everything was fine

Some cutlery missing, a chair was missing once . Checking that room is complete should be done while cleaning. Otherwise the place was clean

Very well maintained building, super clean and not really noisy. The staff was super available for our needs and supportive for each request. The apartment, very simple but exactly as in the picture, was well equipped for few days. The amazingly rich breakfast is served in front of the city view on top of the roof! The position is not very far from the center and close to the tram. On my next step in Medellín I already know where to stay!!!

I suggest to add a fan during the hot season.
