This was a perfect location for our early morning flight. The hotel helped us set up our airport transfer since we needed to leave before the complimentary shuttled started running at 4am

We left a sweatshirt at a local restaurant and did not realize until after we dropped off our rental car. The staff did help me call the restaurant but seemed a bit annoyed that I was asking for help. The telephone in the room did not allow us to make calls out of the hotel, so I had not choice but to ask reception for help

The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. I was disappointed because I believed what I paid for included breakfast, but I was informed that it did not. I felt the cost was pricey to not include breakfast. I specifically chose this hotel for the closeness to the airport, the free shuttle service, and the breakfast that I thought it included. They people were very friendly and helpful. I liked the security of the room cards for using the elevators. The quiet atmosphere of the hotel was also excellent.

As mentioned above, I thought breakfast was included, but it wasn't; therefore I thought it was pricey for a room for such a short time as I left at 6am.

It was convenient for airport access, and the staff were a terrific help. Restaurant also very good. As I was party of a small group going into different forests such as Osa, pricing to airport important. Hotel very reliable for storing luggage that was not needed for each side trip.

Not really located for general walking around, seeing San Jose, eating somewhere other than the hotel itself. But Uber very reliable for accessing some interesting sights maybe 20 to 30 minutes away.

Andres (front desk) was incredibly helpful. Shuttle service was efficient and on time. Bathroom toiletries were nice. Late checkout.

Souvenirs we're twice the price of the airport. Drinks from the lobby store are also hugely overpriced. The swimming pool was freezing cold. Furniture block access to plug sockets. Standing lamp on/off switch hidden behind chair. Unable to dim the brightness on the TV (so one person watching, keeps the person trying to sleep, awake).

The room was very comfortable and everyone that worked there was great. I had everything I needed and the bed was quite comfortable.

The shuttle driver picking up at the airport pulled up far before the spot where the sign said to wait (even though there was room). Due to this, many of the people who were waiting where they had been told to did not manage to get a ride on that shuttle. When someone (not me!) pointed this out to the driver, he just kind of shrugged.

We found the staff very helpful, especially the gentleman on reception (the bon voy man) in helping Neal contact customer service at the airport. We have some return trip which we look forward to. Also, the gentleman in the dining area was very helpful, guiding us to get a sim card.

The coffee machine in the room didn't work well. An electric kettle would be better

I stayed at this location so I could catch an early flight the next day. I was delighted by the property . . . from the very welcoming staff to the great food in the restaurant, it made the transitional evening very easy. The airport shuttle was great as well so I didn't need to arrange for extra transport in the morning.

It was raining so I couldn't use the pool.

Free shuttle doesn't start until 4am and we needed 3:30. We had them order us taxi service and The same shuttle bus arrived to take us and charged $10 per couple (we expected our own taxi) the regular flight time for Air Transat is 6am depart so I'm sure the hotel is aware of the need for early shuttle service and they advertise free shuttle. It was part of my decision to book there. Not that it's a lot of money, it was the principal and the confusion that was frustrating.

The property is perfect for a night before a flight out of the San Jose airport. The whole place is comfortable, clean, amazing staff, the restaurant was open late which was so good to hear after driving five hours straight. Our family was so happy to be there and check in easily, quickly, had the best dinner and went straight to our room and went to sleep.

There's nothing we don't like about this property. The breakfast is AMAZING too!

We wanted to stay near the airport on our last night and this hotel was wonderful! Staff was very friendly and the room comfortable and clean. There is a restaurant on site and the breakfast buffet is wonderful with a lot of options to choose from. But if looking for something different, just across from it, a few steps away, there are several restaurants (Peruvian, Argentinian and Mexican). There's also a Walmart next door, which is very convenient to stock up on snacks before the flight. The shuttle to the airport is very convenient and it was on-time.

We are very happy with our overall experience and will definitely stay here again. The only thing we can think of is the pool. It is outdoors and is not heated so it felt cold when we were there in the afternoon. Maybe consider adding heating to the pool.
