The hotel is located merged within the City Mall cluster close to an airport, though a tricky motorway junction means it only can be reached by car. Thankfully, a regular shuttle bus is available. The breakfast is good, building is new, rooms are well sound-proof and clean.

I didn't have chance to explore anything around hotel. The area is being redeveloped, and the City Mall cluster is the only place you can reach on foot. Perhaps in a few years more public spaces will appear.

The hotel's airport shuttle (every half hour) encountered significant bumper-to-bumper traffic during the 6am Monday morning rush-hour. The hotel staff should have known about this daily delay, and advised us to take an earlier shuttle. We were told the trip would take 5 minutes, but it took nearly 25 minutes. When trying to make airline connections, a delay like this is significant. It's this kind of informational detail that makes a huge difference in travel planning.

Ideal for one night stay or in between flights. Free shuttle bus to the airport and the Mall is 30 seconds away. The room was spotless clean

The restaurant was not a great experience. We ordered flatbread pizza and it was disgusting. The staff were fantastic however. They noticed we didn't finish most of our meal and brought the manger to us to see if we wanted something else. We're Irish so we don't like to cause a fuss, but I expect that pizza isn't a popular item. The only other issue was that there was no free water apart from one small bottle each.

The King suite room was very spacious. The proximity to the airport and easy access to the mall made it very convenient. The mall has a pharmacy, supermarket and variety of fast food chains. These aspects made the hotel convenient for people with kids. Breakfast had a good variety and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely but the water got cold in the afternoon as the weather was windy.

We found everything really nice. The shower did not have a hand-held shower head. That would have been practical.

Close proximity to airport (early morning departure) and close to the City Mall, shopping and eating on last night. Pool was very nice with hotel bar nearby on the same floor. Friendly staff

While my bald husband (meaning no hair washing, quick shower) showered, the water flowed into the rest of the bathroom and into the entrance of the room. The brand new walk-in shower floor isn’t banked properly and needs to be fixed, ASAP before damage happens. We used all the towels to clean up the water, thank goodness there is a tile floor, I chose not to risk showering.

The hotel is beautiful, the clerk at reception was very friendly & helpful, spoke English well, and the shuttle service was comfortable & reliable. Access to the City Mall was excellent.

We rented a room with a double bed by mistake so we were cramped for sleeping. I did not feel well so I did not have the energy to change rooms. Also, the breakfast did not have the usual American breakfast items like croissants, ham, cheese or ham.

Staff was wonderful, room was as advertised. Friendly, attentive staff, really appreciated that.

Ate in the restaurant. Never would we have dinner there. Food was mediocre, at best. Only meal we ate there. Wouldn’t do that, ever. Overpriced for the quality of our meals. Wasn’t really quality since meals were overcooked and small portions. Hotel itself is perfectly fine, just wouldn’t eat dinner there. Going without dinner is a better choice.

So close to the airport! Our shuttle driver was kind, and the shuttle seems to run even more frequently than they aim to do. We wore earplugs at night due to the reviews about thin walls, and the pillows were very comfortable, so in spite of the firm mattress, we slept well. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient on checkin.

The showers were built incorrectly, and the water eventually drained into the entire bathroom. So sad for new construction, and it could probably be fixed by adding a lip to the shower and containing the water. As others have stated, the walls are thin and the mattresses are firm. We wore earplugs and had no issues, and the great pillows made sleeping ok.

Our room overlooked the main road with a view of Poas Volcano. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a hairdryer. The hotel was recently opened, so everything was nice and new. Had a meal from the restaurant which was great. Buffet breakfast was also very nice with lots of options. Great option if you need an overnight stay close to the airport (5 mins away). Next door to the City Mall which is handy if you want to do a little shopping. Also close enough to do a day trip to Poas Volcano, La Paz Waterfall and the Starbucks Coffee Farm.

A great location next to the shopping mall. Breakfast had a great choice. A very modern hotel with an outside swimming pool, a nice bar, and good wifi. The airport shuttle service was excellent.

Whilst the staff did store our luggage on arrival at 11.45am. We were made to wait until almost 3 pm. before our room was available. Perhaps we were spoilt in the rest of Costa Rica. But I felt it needed smarter management to allocate cleaned rooms.
