Very near to the beach, very nice staff, good food in the restaurant and a nice pool. They gave us very good recommendations for restaurants nearby and the playa conchal is a 15min walk along the beach away. The staff was very helpful with everything. Very calm and not many tourists in low season.

Room A best in hotel as it has beach front covered balcony with rocking chairs and a hammock. The room is one of two rooms overlooking the beach and restaurant below.

Loud roosters crowing and neighboring dogs barking all night. They asked if we wanted a late check out and then charged us for it. No working safe or luggage rack

Ocean view rooms are wonderful! You can swim right in front of the hotel or a 15 minute walk down the beach gets you to beautiful Playa Conchal. WiFi and A/C worked perfectly. Howler monkeys play in the trees right outside. The staff at the hotel and the restaurant downstairs were a delight and so helpful.

The bars next to the hotel are pretty noisy at night but we had no problem sleeping.

Location is incredible. Beachfront with a pool. Music next door was reasonable but it’s just like living in the city. You might hear something every now and then but you can still sleep well.

They put me in a room beside the office so when the office worker decided to hang a picture at 8am in the morning, it felt like they were drilling into my bed itself. Why put a room beside the office???

Beach vibe, location is beachfront, friendly staff. We stayed in one of the 2 rooms with ocean view. Definitely worth the extra upgrade. They were kind and allowed an early check in.

Barking dogs at 1am and loud rooster crowing at 4am. Pack your earplugs and you’ll get a great nights sleep. This hotel is rustic.

The receptionist Bryan was a very welcoming, caring and well organised host, and so i could check in a little earlier, which i really appreciate. I had just one Night stay, but i really felt holiday Vibes in the hotel:) Next to my room, which i could cool down by aircondition, if needed, there was a Pool and just 50m to the Brasilto Beach. just a 20min walk is to recommend, because there You will find the wonderful Playa Chonchal, which was my goal for this Trip this time. Breakfast would have been included, and Bryan offered me Coffee, which i definitely have to try next time. :) Thank You very much for your hospitality :)

This is a very sweet little hotel. It is not fancy, but it has everything you need. Our shower was very slow to drain and our room did not have a safe, but those really didn't put a damper on anything. I wasn't a fan of the restaurant, but the rooms come with vouchers to eat at the soda right next door and I recommend using them to get a delicious traditional Tico breakfast. The price can't be beaten and it was only a short walk to Playa Conchal which is such a breathtaking beach. It felt very safe and if you plan to visit Playa Conchal, I highly recommend staying a night or two.

I would have liked to have a safe in my room.

Very good service from thé entrance to exit, very clean room, gardiens,swimming pool,restaurant We especially liked thé mix of tourists and Ticos at the hotel and in town of Brasilito Makes for a very happy atmosphere
