Nice vibe, relaxed and great pool. Good choice of food at breakfast, music playing most of the day, which we didn’t mind at all. Comfy bed and good shower great aircon. . Great staff, very friendly. You can eat here throughout the day but we dined out. Sad to leave.

It was quite dark in the room if you wished to read. No hairdryer but ask at reception and they will lend you one. We had previously read about the noisy road! It is noisy but we think Costa Rica is noisy! Even the jungle was noisy all night! We slept well despite the road noise. Don’t worry about parking… there is always a space.

This is probably the 3rd best hotel in Brasilito Beach, it was a great value for $135/night for the "Honeymoon Suite", but some rooms are as low as $60! The only two nicer options are the Westin and the W, but those will cost $400-800+/night! Very friendly staff, and amazing "Tipico" breakfast(included) with wonderful wildlife as dining companions. The "Honeymoon" suite isn't anything extraordinary, its one of the larger rooms with an extra small balcony. The room was clean overall and spacious for two people. Fridge and Airconditioning worked well. The onsite Papaya Restaurant is actually very good! Albeit a bit pricy.

The king sized bed was okay, its about time to replace as some sections you can feel the springs. The bathroom however could use a remodel, it felt very old. In fact first night there were an uncomfortable number of large ants in the bathroom and some in the main room. I know this is normal for Costa Rica and we had tiny ants at our prior hotel, but these were big! Fortunately the following two nights, only a few big ants showed up, which is the norm in CR.

The staff was incredible. Everyone, without exception, made us feel welcome and took care of our needs as we requested. They're friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the facilities. My room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast every morning it was very delicious and we had choices. That proximity to the ocean was also really good. We could Walk to the beach within 10-15 minutes. There were two at a beaches, want to in the north and one to the south, that we could drive to In less than half hour. What we liked about this area where all the local people. It felt like we were in Costa Rica and not among all the tourists.

The only downside to this location is that the Wi-Fi in our room was terribly, terribly slow. In fact, we ended up using the Wi-Fi from the hotel next door most of the time because we couldn't find the local Wi-Fi. Do we asked about the several times, it seems the technician was not available to do something about it. However, this was a minor inconvenience since we could sit in the dining/lobby area where the Wi-Fi was great. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place

The breakfast was amazing, many choices, buffet and warm cooked to order, plus home made bread! The atmosphere was friendly and convivial, easy to get to know people, a sense of family. We loved that there were so many "house iguanas!" Also, watching the birds zooming around right at the hotel was fun! All staff was great, but Donald was extra friendly and helpful.

We had two ground level rooms, and when we first arrived they smelled very musty. I was worried about possible mold, but the rooms were very clean. After a day of interchanging air conditioning and open windows with the ceiling fan the smell subsided and didn't bother us anymore. THe rooms were good in that they were at the back of the hotel, a little tucked away from street noise. We still heard the restaurant, but the activities there stopped around 10 or 11 pm.

I absolutely loved the plants, trees at this place,I saw a few iguanas, hummingbirds they came to suck nectar of flowers, while I was sitting by the pool, the pool is very nice and clean, I enjoyed with my family and my little niece. the whole experience was amazing. The restaurant food is amazing very authentic Costa Rican. We had Costa Rican breakfast and it was delicious that Pinto., and we just arrived there the waiter make us a nice cold drink which it was delicious and refreshing. Thank you so much for your welcoming. It was an amazing experience for me and my sisters.💕 I will recommend this place 100%.

From the initial booking to the pre-arrival welcome communications through to the arrival welcome drink and care throughout my stay, Hotel Conchal provided excellent value for money in beautiful Brasilito. The breakfast was excellent and served with a smile from Donald. The staff took great care in ordering taxis, providing suggestions for things to do around the town and arranging airport transfers. My room was located on the ground floor - it was large and comfortable with airconditioning and a fan. The pool and 2 for 1 Happy Hour were only a few steps away!

There was some loud music from a neighbouring hotel but it was only 1 night out of my 3 night stay.

The accommodation is ideally located. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel. The centre of Brasilito and the beautiful beaches are just a few minutes' walk away. We particularly liked the style of the hotel and the many bright colours. The room is stylishly furnished. Breakfast is served on a huge terrace and there are various options. We particularly enjoyed the traditional Costa Rican breakfast. Every day, Howler monkeys made their way across the hotel grounds and we were able to watch them up close. Fantastic.

Rooms are very beautiful and spacious. The breakfast is very good and the free coffee and water all day long is largely appreciated!

Would’ve loved more indications on the parking. There’s a lot of spaces but they didn’t tell us that another part is their property. We were the last car to arrive so we couldn’t find a spot, had to park behind another car and the staff woke us up at 6am because of that. When the other car left, it bumped into ours… Could’ve been avoided if more information on that.

Beautiful, calm oasis in Brasilito. The room was nice, nothing fancy but had everything we needed and was clean and quiet. Breakfasts were filling and delicious, and I cannot say enough about the staff, especially Donald, who really made our stay memorable. We had dinner there one night - red snapper and ceviche - not inexpensive but delicious! Short 15 minute walk to Playa Brasilito but don’t stop there - another 15 min walk will take you to lovely Playa Conchall which is a much better place to swim, sun, and walk.

The relaxing pool area that had some interesting native animals hanging around like Iguanas, butterfly's and birds. The breakfast was really nice. They thought of all the little details from having laundry service, all-day coffee, an ice machine and pool/beach towels available. Walking distance to the little city and close to the beautiful Conchal beach.

Proximity to the road and parking. The room doors don't close properly unless you lock the door which was a little annoying. Some ants in the room.
