This was a fabulous little gem in Brasílito. The rooms were clean and colorful, the bedding was comfortable, and with my large family I really appreciated the number of beds per room. They had fridges in every room, and an outdoor kitchen available for use. The breakfast was a typical Costa Rican breakfast, delicious and hearty. The common spaces were clean and inviting, lots of nice outdoor seating. Best of all, the staff! They were kind and hospitable, they took care of our every need! Our departure was not until 3, so after we checked out of our room they stored our luggage while we went to the beach and allowed us use of the outside spaces until our ride arrived.

Breakfast very tasty and hot each day. Scrambled eggs, various fruit, rice/beans, coffee, juice.

It was a nice breakfast cooked by Edwardo who can do anything on the property. We caught some tuna and he offered to cook them for breakfast if we wanted. We opted to use the "Fun Zone" outdoor kitchen with a grill which turned out amazing.

Fantastic filling breakfast. Eggs, gallo pinto, coffee, fruit & juice. Reception was very helpful booking us a shuttle to Adventure park. Short walk to town/ beach. ( less than 5 minutes) Good wifi. Close to convenience store. Great restaurant next door at another hotel.

On busy road ( traffic can be loud but AC drowns it out). We knew location when we booked.

The pool was lovely, and the property was well maintained and had good selection for seating. The room was clean, and the beds comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

It’s close to the road, so you can hear the truck traffic at around 530-6am. Breakfast isn’t served till 8am, which is a little late, but the breakfast is good. There is also no water from 1-5pm, which is not a big deal.

Highly recommend this place. Very comfortable beds with a hot shower and delicious breakfast in the morning. Staff was very nice. Pool was not open which was a bummer but still had a great time. Loved having our own coffee maker in the room

Welcoming and friendly staff - thank you to Jodi, the owner, for checking in with us and answering our questions about the hotel and neighborhood! Enjoyed the tasty breakfast each morning. Glad to have lots of different outdoor spaces to relax and hang out (table and chairs outside each room, picnic tables at the breakfast area, and pool seating areas).

Wifi is a bit spotty at times. Signal is a bit better in outdoor common spaces but weaker inside the room and sometimes disconnected.

Sometimes my bed was forgotten because it was atop Nature- door broken, it has 2 slits toward the bottom where creepy crawlers went in the room, ants and others

First time in Costa Rica and we didn’t know what to expect. We immediately felt at home at Diversion. If I had room in my suitcase I would have stolen the pillows. LOL thank you Jodi and I might still when I come back.

Clean room with air conditioning. Super close to walk to conchal and restaurants nearby. Staff helped with taxi in morning to get to my next destination

wifi didnt work at all for me. 6 different wifi networks. fridge in room smells absolutely terrible.

The included breakfast was good, kids loved the pool, and there were many options for food within walking distance. Playa Conchal was lovely and an easy walk.

There was major road work happening between the hotel and the beach which made it difficult for drivers to get us at times but that is no fault of the hotel.
