Spacious accommodation with lounge, well equipped kitchen and comfortable balcony to sit out on overlooking the pool. Frederick and Nancy were brilliant and friendly hosts. Nancy even used her superb sewing skills to fix a hole in our hire car seat….above and beyond expected service. Well stocked supermarket next door to property. Walking distance to 3 restaurants on the beach (great for sunsets) and a short drive to Flamingo and Conchal (the best) beach. This was our 6th accommodation during our 3 week trip around Costa Rica and was one of our favourites. Recommend without hesitation.

Nothing to dislike.

Loved the pool area and having a kitchen, Staff where lovely and super helpful. It was perfect for us as we just wanted a super chill few days to hang out with family. Lots of bugs but the location of the flat is the reason nothing to do with the resort itself and facilities are super basic again enough for us but maybe not some. Supermarket at the entrance was amazing but beware of its super high prices.

This beautiful property is in a quiet area, just steps from a supermarket and a short walk to Flamingo Beach. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, the bed is comfy, the air conditioning is refreshing, and the pool is right at your doorstep. Frederick is a welcoming and helpful host. I loved my stay and will definitely return!

The rooms felt like home . The host and staff were warm and welcoming . They were able to meet all of our needs . From an extra blanket to transportation back and forth to the beach when needed . They were also able to provide recommendations regarding where to go and what to see . Excursions and different beaches . Restaurants as well as places to buy necessities

The location was amazing! It was close to the beach in Playa Flamingo and the town. It was our first stay in Costa Rica and it was a welcoming experience! The pool was clean, the room bigger than expected, and the hosts were kind!

The apartment could be updated, but it was as expected!

Comfortable and spatious apartment, with a nice little seating area close to the pool. Kids loved to wake up in the morning, take a few steps outside and then jump in the nicely temperatured pool. Location is allright. Next to the supermarket and not too far from some beautiful beaches, like Playa Flamingo and Playa Conchal. Staff is very friendly. Frederick is an easy going fellow, who basically seems to be doing everything over there (he helped us with check-in, turning on the gas stove, doing the laundry and fixing our soccer ball... ;-)).

A bit noisy when some upstair neighbours decide to have a 'soap opera' fight around midnight...

The Apartment was clean and comfortable and right near the pool which was beautiful- I also loved all of the positive vibes in the form of quotes painted on signs scattered around the grounds. Also the location is really convenient to a grocery store and lots of restaurants and the beautiful beaches nearby. The host was also super helpful and informative and really friendly.

We liked everything.

Very roomy and clean apartment! Very friendly and helpful staff. Staff was always working and cleaning around the property (not in a noisy way! ) and available for any concerns. Towels were new and fluffy, and pool towels were provided. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances worked well. Grocery store within walking distance with everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had some minor problems such as the kitchen sink leaking but staff managed to fix after we complained

We loved this place. The pool area is surrounded by beautiful plants and is very clean. The property is hidden from the road by a long driveway, so it is very quiet. The AC and appliances worked well. There is a supermarket out front which made shopping very convenient.

It is a little hard to find the driveway, but no problem is you are closely watching the map
