Gorgeous balcony, very comfortable rooms, excellently set up kitchen. The host was lovely and the views were to die for. Very comfortable bed and good shower and the room was really thoughtfully laid out so it felt like an incredibly convenient set up (hooks where you wanted them, shelves in the shower, plenty of power outlets, good sized shelf for suitcase etc). All in all, a really excellent choice of accommodation.

No fault of the accommodation but ohhhh the stairs. Be aware that you will feel just how high up the apartment is in the heat. I really struggled with planning my days as I'd usually be in and out of an apartment that "close" to the old town and the beach, but I honestly couldn't face climbing up and down that much! (And I hike mountains in Scotland so it's not as if I'm particularly unfit). So just plan accordingly and if you're someone who doesn't do terribly well with the heat, ubers are fairly affordable and you can take the "long way" and walk down the roads rather than up and down the incredibly steep pedestrian steps!

The hotel was lovely, really quite spacious and it had everything you would need. They provide beach towels as well as coffees and teas. There was also air conditioning, cold water from the fridge and ice - all very nice in the summer. The room was beautiful and looked out onto the most incredible view of old town. We honestly wanted to spend more time at the hotel in order to enjoy the view. It’s probably one of the best places in the city to enjoy your morning coffee and evening glass of wine. The host is lovely and welcoming and made us feel right at home - she even brought my partner a bottle of champagne when she discovered it was his birthday. We had a lovely time and would love to come back. We only stayed for a few days but I think it would be a great option as well for longer stays as they provide kitchenware and a large fridge and freezer. While there are certainly some stairs to take up to the hotel, it’s worth it for the view and meant we burned more calories and made more room for the delicious food and gelato:)

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Location was excellent. Room was clean and had what was needed. Amazing views from the balcony. Spare towels for the beach. Communal Kitchen had lots of amenities and kept clean.

Lack of privacy. Not being able to undress in the room unless curtains closed as balcony for communal use and room backed on to balcony. Could be seen and heard by other guests if they were on the balcony.

Rooms Raic is a fabulous place to stay. Our room was exceptionally clean and the beds were super comfortable. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing!!! There is a shared kitchen with everything you would need to prepare meals or snacks. We loved having our breakfast and evening drinks on the balcony every day! Anka, the host, is very nice and available for anything you might need. The walk from the old town involves many stairs but that is what gives you the incredible view! For us, it was well worth it and why we wanted to stay there!

The room was lovely. The owner was super and really nice. My partner turned 30 and I had messaged in advance to see if it was possible to get any balloons for the room. We got balloons, flowers and chocolates! The host was amazing. My partner was over the moon! It really made arriving special. I did pay the host for the items but I had said that I would in advance. The view from the balcony was better than the pictures! Really beautiful if you wanted to catch sunset as it slipped behind the mountains.

Not the hotels fault but the hill in/out of the old town is steep. in the evenings we got taxis because we were lazy!

The room was comfortable and spacious. The hostel was very accommodating and was so sweet even though we arrived later than expected due to flight delays. The balcony was a great bonus and great for breakfast with a fantastic view!

This is not a comment on the room but please be aware that the property is located very high up so be prepared for a walk. But the views are worth it!

The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. The view from the room was spectacular, looking down on the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik and the surrounding islands. The sloping beamed ceiling was a little restricting but perfect for our needs. The shared balcony on the floor below was an unexpected bonus and a great place to sit with the other guests during the evening.

The host is a very pleasant woman who wants to make sure you are happy and comfortable with the room. While the rooms are small, they are newly done, clean and well appointed with everything you need. The location is atop a hill so one has to be prepared to take an Uber (8 Euro) to the old town, or walk down the steep hill. The price of the room was very good. The view from the balcony is beyond spectacular. You can see the entire walled city from the balcony.

We were very comfortable and totally enjoyed our stay. 5 star on cleaning & welcoming us. Really nice views.

We would have like to have room numbers marked on refrigerator shelves because we had a group of eight and we didn’t know whose food was whose. There were 2 other rooms that shared the refrigerator with us. Nothing big but a little suggestion
