Thank you TUI Adriatic for the best honeymoon! Staff was friendly and professional, really putting in the extra work! Food was the best we've ever had in an all inclusive. Props to the head chef. We especially liked the grill station, oven pizzas and deserts! Local wines are so fresh they go like water on a hot summer day. Really good Croatian tap lager! The Croatian coast is so beautiful, the scenery is breathtaking! Sunsets are dreamy! The hotel also has a romantic promenade right by the beach perfect for romantic walks or fit runs :) We loved the area by the cabanas and the outdoor jacuzzi by the main pool! We always managed to get sunbeds in that area with ease. We went there between 9 and 10 am. Our room had such a nice sea view! There were some ants, but we always kept it clean, never brought food into our room. Hotel cleaners did a great job at cleaning and keeping everything spotless everyday! There was so much entertainment all the time, I think we only managed to check half of it in 7 days: water aerobics, fun thematic quizzes, casino night, karaoke night, white night, game room. There is a TUI rep daily at the reception offering tours. We went on a day trip to the best beach in Croatia Zlatni Rat and also on a night trip to lively Makarska. 5 min by foot newrby we found jetskis and boat rental which we took for 2 hours. We were also surprised to see a wine tasting in the activities which we gladly participated in, and brought some quality local wine home with us! We treated ourselves with a couples package with a couples massage and beach Cabana which was amazing! The SPA is so good! We also went to gym there a couple of times. The hotel reception was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We were greeted with a drink and helped arrange our transfer from Split airport.

Staff was wearing dark pants and shirts in 40 degrees sun, please allow them to wear shorts or smth, it was quite painful to watch them struggle with the heatwave.

The hotel was very clean and the staff is lovely. The drinks included were amazing. View from the hotel was incredible.

The food got repetitive and we expected more. We thought that the food needed more variety or could have been structured a little bit better.

Overall met our expectations, but there any many things that can be improved. We liked mainly the following: - the staff politeness and positivity; with a bonus for the bartenders! - the view from every corner of the hotel, simply breathtaking; Also decent: - the activities, especially the evening activities; - the food, although not always, but quite diverse and always with options for vegans/vegetarians.

There are a couple of details that can be easily improved: - many times I felt that there is insufficient maintenance (for instance, in the bathroom, although quality stuff inside there was always water on the floor); - the TV signal was poor and that was frustrating for a football fan during the European Championship; Still, the biggest issue I see is the parking. We were coming by car and love to travel in the surroundings but there was this constant fear of losing the parking place and not finding another one at return. So it basically limited our outside trips. That's frustrating and I think the hotel should quickly solve this by building more parking slots. I know the terrain is difficult but otherwise I think they will lose customers because of this.

the receptionsts are kind, the food is delicious (lunch and dinner), cleanliness, the room is elegant, the hotel is located in a beautiful area, and the panorama is wonderful

The breakfast is very much catered to the needs of the English, and we missed Croatian dishes (e.g., kulen and pršut were only available at dinner). You have to pay for sunbeds at the beach, so by 7:30 in the morning, there is already a line at the pool to secure a spot for the day (otherwise, it’s impossible to find a free spot during the day). The service is a bit disorganized.

We had an upgraded room with a whirlpool and it was amazing! So nice to have a private space to sunbathe. The food was very average for a TUI resort, but lots of choice and easy to navigate. We had great service from the team at the check in desk, we took a good relaxation class with Jess and the room servicing was great.

The gym had a tiny amount of equipment in it and lots of it was faulty. There were no towels available and it was not cold enough to work out properly. The drinks were very basic unless you were willing to pay the supplements. The food servers were quite miserable, one in particular complained about the heat a lot, asked us if we had any strong painkillers and was generally quite strange.

Loved everything about it. The selection and quality of food is fantastic. Pool, beach, sun beds and cabanas are all awesome and being an all inclusive resort there is no shortage of pool snacks and variety of drinks and cocktails all included.

The AC in the room is connected to the central AC in the hotel so temp can’t be controlled. If you’re happy with 20.5 degree room temp then you will be ok

The staff in direct contact with the guests are friendly and ready to serve. Less language barriers in the restaurant, but generally OK. Special praise for the team at the Pool Bar and Lounge Bar.

Unfortunately, the hotel no longer has a concession on the beach in front, it is more of a local political problem, I would say...

Staying at the hotel was amazing. Recommend to everyone. The hotel was clean, staff kind and helpful. The food was delicious. The location is amazing. Not too crowded. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you TUI blue.

The lounge chairs on the beach were free, included in the price than suddenly you have to pay for them.

In general we were very happy with our accommodation. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you can afford opt for “swim up” room with private pool. Pool was cleaned every day and with beautiful views reflecting of crystal clear water. Meals were pretty diverse and tasty. Cocktails could use a bit better quality alcohol and sodas but in general were tasty.

Well if we can choose few things to improve we would suggest following: In our room (no 2005) the mattress needs replacing. On one side of bed it was a bit worn out and uncomfortable. Also in the room we could hear constant “hum” from the AC of the technical room under ourselves. Not a big deal, but otherwise it would be beautifully quiet. Those are minor things but in this case we expect excellent facilities offered. We will visit again to make sure things got sorted :)

Stunning, but not a busy location. You can have perfect rest here, but if you like city life, this is not your hotel. The beach and the mountains around are beautiful. Drinks and food is OK, average all inclusive things. Staff is nice. The building and the room is clean and is well kept. We had a big room with jakuzzi, and it’s absolutely worth it! All in all, it’s a good but average all inclusive hotel. If you expect luxury, you might be unsatisfied. If not, you will be very happy here.

It didn’t bother us, but be aware that there are many stairs and quite big distances between the buildings. We couldn’t play darts and table tennis, because the arrows and the rockets were destroyed. It did bother us a little.
