The food was exceptional. Every meal I tried was delicious. There were plenty of options to choose from at both breakfast and dinner. There was also a wide variety of seafood available.

There are many birds in the area, making it difficult to find a sunbathing bed that isn't covered in bird droppings. During dinner, you have to purchase beverages, and the prices are outrageous—4.40€ for a small cola. It was hard to find clean tableware, every other fork or glass was dirty. Overall, I believe the hotel should focus more on cleanliness, as we also had ants in our room. Another minus is you have to pay for parking and for sunbathing beds on the beach.

Too few sun beds, not a single day we managed to get a sun bed, that’s a pity for a 5* hotel. Children and adults that are not hotel guests come and enjoy pools, absolute no control of who is coming. No sun beds at the beach that belong to the hotel, strange for a 5* hotel. Manicure with nail polish-90 euros! And the worse thing, you cannot get a glass of water. I needed to pay 5 euros to take my meds. So a very good 4* hotel, but absolutely not a 5*.

Beautiful property on the seafront, two very clean pools with lovely sunloungers which you can order drinks to which we loved in the afternoon. Beach was clean and the water so clear some of the cleanest we have seen. We had lunch at the Pink Cricket restaurant every day and thought it was very reasonable and delicious. Sea kayaks and paddle boards for hire were very reasonably priced as well. We loved having an aperitif and watching the sunset at the pool bar before dinner. Staff were very friendly and service was good throughout (especially in the Pink Cricket), the waiters work incredibly long days but were always very attentive.

We did half board which was great value, the breakfast options were vast something for everyone. However, sometimes the evening food options were not quite up to the same standards as previous nights, 4 out of 7 nights we loved the food, the other 3 we were a little underwhelmed at the choices. The ice cream bar though was fantastic!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The view was AMAZING from our balcony. The TWO pools were also beautiful, and the beach was easily accessible. There were even robes to wear and sunloungers by the sea and by the pool. We used the sauna, while was great, and we ate the buffet dinner which was also great (though the desserts could have been better). Breakfast was also great. Staff were all friendly. Had a lovely stay!

We loved the swim up spa suite. Wished the water had been warmer, but that is a personal preference. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The waiter at dinner could have been nicer and met the same level of service as most everyone else we encountered. Loved the lady at the omelette bar and juice bar. Super sweet. Reception was awesome! We would recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Thank you for an enjoyable time in Croatia.

The hotel is in a really great position right at the start of the Tucepi promenade and only a few feet from the crystal clear turquoise sea and beach. Everything was within easy walking distance and only 1.5hrs easy drive from Split airport. The hotel is absolutely spotless, the hotel, the pool and our room was immaculately cleaned every day and the cleaning staff are the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Well done to them!! 👏🏻👏🏻 The food choices at breakfast (they were the best choices of warm croissants ever!) and dinner were just delicious, with different options every night. The staff are extremely attentive and professional, with a big shout out to Karlo who made me smile every time I saw him and the personalised birthday message and wine was really appreciated. We had a swim up Junior Suite, which was in such a great quiet position and location within the hotel, we’d certainly book that room again. Enjoyable entertainment in the evening and lovely cocktails at the bar. A very well run and well managed hotel, so credit to the whole team there.

Im struggling to find anything to dislike as it was all so good. If I had to find anything, maybe I’d suggest having an adults only area but appreciate it’s very much a family hotel (and resort).

Great location between the sea and the mountains, with lovely views, and a lot of friendly staff. Facilities and Food quality excellent overall.

We found the beds and sofa bed hard and the pillows lumpy, despite getting replacement pillows and mattress toppers. We also thought there was a limited food offering that catered for the gluten and dairy allergies in our family. Our daughter (dairy allergy) very often had no deserts she could eat, which given the huge selection, was disappointing. However, we did ask, and the staff (in particular a lovely lady from New Zealand) were very helpful, ensuring they tried to make something for her each day, which we really appreciated. Perhaps some sorbet and vegan ice cream like a lot of the stalls in Tucepi seem to offer would be a good option?

Amazing hotel with amazing facilities. Breakfast and dinner were amazing, and the pools were perfect. I really don't know what I didn't like during our stay. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is truly attentive to your needs. For me, at least, Bluesun will remain a hotel I will always want to come back. The beach near the hotel is perfect and is almost never crowded. Totally recommend.

Maybe skip the parking fee and include it in the hotel price.

The location was perfect, offering easy access to the beach while providing a peaceful retreat. The facilities were outstanding, with a great pool and play areas that kept our little one entertained for hours. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered all the comfort and convenience we needed. The staff and service were the highlight of our trip. Every team member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond, making us feel truly welcome.

Spa/hot tub jets in the private pool didnt work. It didn't bother us, but it's something worth fixing for truly top-level service.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by staff and helped with our luggage. The lady on reception was lovely very informative and enthusiastic. She gave us a overview of the hotel and suggested a nice walk along the promenade which we enjoyed. The hotel has excellent facilities we used the gym, did yoga, tried the spa etc The breakfast was brilliant the evening meal was very good also, well stocked fresh ingredients. The bread was delicious and baked on site. A glass of fizz with breakfast was a nice touch. The choice was excellent and there was a good variety for our 5 night stay. The sea view was worth every penny. Overall we felt very rejuvenated after our visit. We would highly recommend and we are hoping to return.
