Extremely welcoming on entry to the property. Two tiered accommodation with bedroom on the first floor and lovely lounge area and large terrace with comfy chairs and lounges. Two very well equipped bathrooms which suited us perfectly as we could have a bathroom each. Waking up to the view from a very comfortable bed was a dream. Breakfast was all you needed. Small selection but plentiful and you were advised that you could request anything made fresh from the kitchen.

Nothing apart from I wished I was there for longer.

Great location on the pedestrian promenade of Rabac, with numbered parking spaces allocated to guests on the road behind which is great. Breakfast was a good buffet selection with particularly nice fresh fruit and fresh bread to slice yourself. Breakfast staff particularly very helpful and provide hot drinks and are generally very on the ball. Bed comfortable. Standard rooms are below the level of the walkway so you only have a sea view when standing up but it was nice to have chairs out on our own section of terrace even if not private given people can look down on you! Plenty of dining options very close by plus a bakery next door. If you prefer small hotels then the Adoral is for you - there are some huge hotel complexes locally which seemed popular with families but they arent our thing, so we were pleased with our choice!

Reception was a bit odd - not obvious from outside as the office is really just a cubicle just inside a door marked with room numbers. Once inside, then there's a round table marked Reception, but it would be good to have this sign on the outside wall to help new arrivals. No chairs in the bedroom, just one stool by the desk/mirror table. There is however a wardrobe complete with minibar fridge and kettle and supplies for hot drinks, plus a safe. Complimentary bottle of water provided on our 1st day (not 2nd day). Shower was over the bath. Personally we prefer walk in showers, but it was a decent pressure and hot.

A truly great location, a beautiful small boutique hotel right in the midst of the hustle and bustle, which doesn't bother at all! The view is grate. The staff is more then friendly, from the receptionists to the breakfast and housekeeping staff, you feel right at home. The breakfast is small but exquisite. They not only organized a cake for a birthday upon request, but even gifted it to us. We really enjoyed this stay. Thank you all!

We're both coffee enthusiasts, so we're complaining on a higher level: better coffee would suit the hotel better. Also, the location was too touristy for our taste, but if someone wants to go to Rabac, we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Thanks again!

The hotel is quite new, boutique style, therefore small with not many rooms (ideal!) and the rooms seem like they have been refurbished lately. Breakfast was both Continental and English. I had the ground level which has its pros (nice sitting area) and cons (people walking by on the pedestrian stip can see you). Direct access to the walk and therefore to the beach (rocks/cliffs). No matter the position is quiet at night.

The mattresses were too firm. Ground-level rooms are close to a local bakery and sometimes you need to keep the door to the patio closed to avoid the smell of oliy food.

Staff very polite! The hotel is situated literally "on" the sea front, the view is magnificent (you must, on the other hand, bare with the people passing by). I would recommend to take second or third floor to avoid that. The room (Suite, first floor) was superb, very clean, mini bar full. Walk-in wardrobe very nice. Very good breakfast, you can also eat outside. Parking available!

A little shadow on the balcony would be nice (umbrella, tenda...), in the afternoon you can not seat there, the sun is too hot (it was only April).

Loved everything about this hotel: the great location, the sea view, the spacious balcony, and the helpful staff. The room was always impeccably cleaned while we were at breakfast.

We wished for more variety at breakfast and the shower was not that great.

Everything was perfect. Very nice and polite staff! Super clean, a rarity these days! Beach nearby, but you can also swim in front of hotel (nice and clean water). Parking space provided for each room. Bicycles available (we didn’t use them, but you can :)) All in all, only good words to say. Thank you and see you again!

Great location, great view from the rooms, free parking, comfy beds, clean, good standard continental breakfast.

Minor gripes: fridge wasn’t working, bathroom fan noise is really high pitched and grating on the ears. Very low season (October) so you expect the area to be quiet but we left thinking Rabac generally was a bit dated and eery!

Room was good equiped and clean, beds realy confortable. It was in the first flor, next to the walking path, but this was not disturbing. Staff was realy nice. We liked breakfast and small suprise for birthday was realy nice

Perfect location, beautiful room, amazing breakfast

The communication of Manager named Adrijana was unpleasant: the last day we asked information about the city and also if we could leave the car a few hours more in the parking place: her style was not nice and a bit arrogant with not helpful answers at all. On the other hand the staff of the restaurant and Mateo were very helpful and kind all the time. We will definitely go back hoping the management’s communication will be improved.
