Everything was wonderful, clean and modern hotel and area, amazing pool and beaches, very tasty food, great staff... Fully recommended! 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at Maro Suites, everything was new, modern and spotless. The reception staff was very friendly, the coastline in front is stunning, and bar prices were fair. We’d definitely come back again!

Rooms were small…bathroom space very small and shower kept leaking outside onto the floor.

it was 21st September so the end of season. Drinks finished at 6pm at the Rebelle restaurant and so after that nearly everything was closed. We were limited by where to eat during this time of year and the Maro buffet restaurant was ok but basic - cheap cuts of meat etc and noisy! People we spoke too tried to eat out but everything was closed by 8pm. There is not a lot to do in the area

Extremely disappointing — €2400 for 4 nights and water isn’t even included?! We stayed as a couple for 4 nights and paid €2400 for an “all-inclusive” package. You’d expect basic things to be covered at that price — but apparently, not even drinking water is. They give you one small bottle of water per person upon check-in, and that’s it. After that, you either have to buy water from the hotel or walk to a nearby store. Seriously? In the middle of a hot summer, at a resort claiming to be premium? This feels like pure disrespect to guests and a ridiculous attempt to save money on the bare essentials. The rest of the hotel is average, but after being treated this way, we definitely won’t be coming back. For that price, at the very least, you shouldn’t feel like you’re begging for water.

Overall very disappointing experience for more than € 360 a night 1. Parking is an absolute nightmare. You are not allowed with cars on the huge territory of the hotel so they take you to the parking spot far from hotel where you need to transfer all your luggage in the electric car at the middle of summer heat since check in is at 14:00 and then take you to your accommodation. They park cars very chaotic so chances are you cannot leave when you want to because someone is parked in front of you. MOREOVER, if you want to get something from your car you have to wait until the car will pick you up to take you there. We waited once for 40!!!!! Minutes and then the driver just left forcing us to walk back a distance in the middle of the day with 35 degrees! 2. The rooms are a joke too. Huge bed is placed in a tiny space where you struggle to turn around or place your luggage, the ceiling is so low you can touch it with your hand (with height 165 and 175 cm) The bathroom has an absolutely terrible concept - glass doors that do not properly close or isolate the space, so showering meant having the entire floors in flood and visiting bathroom had 0 privacy. 3. They claim to be super dog friendly and charge you €30 per day extra for a dog while advertising on a website how they give you some sort of doggie welcome bags etc…all we got was a piece of carton warning staff that there is dog in our room. They surely did not forget to charge us though. 4. Expensive cocktails made out of cheap replacements. For example, their menu says passion fruit pure, but what you get is an artificial sirup instead

The bed in the villa and nothing else. First of all it is called resort which is false advertising because this is a compound with 3 different Girandella buildings and 2 other hotels. Walking distance between a villa and a restaurant for breakfast/dinner is like an exercise up the hill. Also, parking is on another road level so good luck finding it if they don’t take you personally. Is is so complicated that you need a map or navigation to figure out on which reception you should check in because there is 3 of them. If you are coming with an electric vehicle, prepare for agony because the charging stations are not working and if they do, the procedure to connect will drive you insane. There is a million staff so every time you have a problem you will talk to a different person and explain thing over and over again which does not mean the problem will be solved but rather “we are sorry but basically we can’t do anything” in a Stepford wives fake robot tone and smile way.

Nothing expect the bed in a villa, it was comfortable but if you consider waking up at 07.00 a.m. with a loud disco music in a corridor like you are in a club fun, then you are crazy. We didn’t have any sleep, we payed for “all inclusive” option which was disappointing because lunch is from 12-14.00h and if you have breakfast at 10.00h , I can’t eat again at 13.00 h because forget flexibility. Also, if you stay eating dinner even 10min after they will ask refuse to serve you drink, put away dessert and ask you to leave. Flexibility in any way is s mission impossible, kids 13y) wanted to ise the pool at 19.30 h and it was not possible.
