Everything! The location is beautiful with stunning views. The facilities at the apartment are excellent, with a large pool we had pretty much to ourselves and complementary coffee available every morning. The apartment itself is a good size and was easily big enough for us as a family with two teenage boys. The balcony is big and eating there as the sun sets with the beautiful views is wonderful. We stayed for four nights but could happily have stayed longer. We found the apartment well located for the Lidl in Labin and for visiting Rovinj, Pula and Istralandia (water park). The neighborhood cats were also very cute and welcome visitors. We loved our stay and would definitely return in the future. Lana suggested we visit Rovinj and I'm so glad she did as well found it to be the most beautiful town we have visited in Croatia- thank you Lana.

I recently had the incredible opportunity to stay in a stunning apartment, and I can't express enough how thrilled I was with my experience. In fact, everything surpassed my expectations. Every aspect, from the location to the amenities and the owner's hospitality, was beyond exceptional. I will definitely be returning and happily recommend this apartment to fellow travelers. I would also like to mention that the owner, Lana, was exceptional. She was always available for any questions or concerns I had throughout my stay. Her warm and friendly nature made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Not only was she responsive to my needs, but she also provided valuable insights and recommendations about the local area. Lana's dedication to ensuring a memorable experience truly enhanced my stay at the apartment.

Great view, great pool, great terrace, fully equipped kitchen, air condition both in living room and bedroom, great host with lots of good information! We could always reach Lana for all kind of local guide information about beaches, restaurants and so on.

Old school furniture style. Nevertheless style taste is never objective.

A beautiful, quiet setting with a stunning view from our large balcony. The pool area was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed using the small but well equipped gym. Very welcoming on arrival.

Only really suitable if you have a car as although neighbouring towns are close, the road is not walkable.

The apartment was spacious with all the necessary amenities and an excellent view of Labin old town and Rabac. Lana was an amazing host, always at your disposal with all the info needed for a perfect stay.

Few things were mentioned in older reviews, but nothing that would stop us from coming again.

The apartment was great, clean and cool. The pool was amazing and kids loved it. Lana was really helpful and gave me some good suggestions where to visit. Supermarket close by and was in a great location for visiting other places/ beaches.

Lack of Dishwasher - just meant I had to wash up, but wasn't a big issue!

Great and super clean place to stay. We have stayed in comfortable apartment which has all you need for a long or short stay and has amazing big terrace that has view on a outdoor swimming pool, Labin old town and sea that is 5 minutes away by car (Rabac). Except swimming poll this place has very well equiped gym and sauna. Place is surrounded by olive trees and small park whith tall trees. Lana is not just great in managing Villa Venera but also she is great host, willing to help and give good recommendations where to eat and what to visit. Fully recommend this place.
