Everyone was friendly and helped us any time we needed. Rooms were really well equipped and spacioud, food was always refilled quickly, lots of content for kids as well as adults (live music, great cocktails and fair prices).

Staff should speak at least a bit of Croatian, not everyone speaks English, nor should they in Croatia. For a week-long stay I hoped the sheets could be changed at least once when they became visibly dirty (not very much, but still). I also hoped gluten free bread would be offered for dinner without having to ask for it and maybe some GF dessert from time to time, but there was fruit so that’s not as important.

Breakfast and dinner were great, there was a lot of options to choose from. Room was good, we had a large balcony. There is everything you need to enjoy your stay. Pools are right in front of the hotel, the beach is a few minutes away. Hotel has their own lounge chairs on the beach, but they were always full, so there is not a lot of place in the shade. Town with bars/restaurants is about 10 min walk from hotel.

Location is excellent with beach really close if you have small children. Food at breakfast and dinner. You had a table reserved for breakfast and dinner for the duration of your stay so you didn’t have to look for a place to sit twice a day.

The hotel is outdated, it needs to be renovated. There were not enough private hotel lounges at the beach, so if you wanted lounge chairs and umbrella you had to pay 25 €. The elevator is very slow.

Food is fantastic, facilities are good and there is animation for children.

Towel policy is old fashioned, they do not keep up with the new requirements to try to act green and save on water. Towels were taken away every day even if they were hanging. Mattress on the double bed is poor quality and very uncomfortable. Animation should take place somewhere more centred. Other than these,top hotel and meets all the requirements.

Everything was ok. Nice and clean rooms, AC worked also fridge. Perfect location you dont need a car during the stay cause you have everything you need near the hotel... The "town" with more bars and restaurant is a nice 20min walk away on pawed path so my car was parked and not moved since I checkd in... If you dont want to walk a little train can drive you in the small "town"...

the receptionist were so nice and professional, liked the pool outside and the coffee in neighbors hotel Hedera! The stuff in restaurant from Philliphines were the only ones who actually smiled. Big like to them!

The young fellows in restaurant were not so really nice, the cleaning stuff was also very confused barelly could speak english. The pool inside wasn’t heated .. that is sad .. the restaurant could use some regular fruits as bananas for feeding the baby fe.

The food! The variety and quality was outstanding! We even managed to always find something our children would eat, which is rare.

The elevators are too few and in certain parts of the day you need to wait up to 10 minutes to get one. Also, beaches. The largest beach in Rabac is just in front of the hotel. But the nice ones around the Lanterne are 2 km away. By the end of our stay there we often used tourist train to reach our beach.

Perfect location by the beach and on a lovely hiking trail to Labin. Very clean. Big terrace. Excellent breakfast and fair good dinner.

The coffee at breakfast was quite bad.

Location, personal, food, room - everything was just great. We are very satisfied and definitely can recommend this stay.

Elevators - they are very slow and sometimes you ahve to wait for more than 10 minutes...
