It‘s a pitty that a lot of guests wake up in the morning, going to the beach to reserve the best sun chairs and then going back to sleep or having breakfast and not using the sun chairs for two hours or more. You guys should tell them that this is not allowed. There were some german guests who did this every day and no one said anything.

We missed having a coffee machine on the breakfast, and the road to the hotel by car (via ferry) was a little inconvenient.

I come to Bellevue four years in a row but this year I must say the service is little less quality then year before. For example, during dinner table beside us ordered ice tea five times before they got it and during breakfast we asked for bottle of water and waited it more than 30 minutes. They got many new personnel who don’t speak Croatian and poor English. Highly recommend not to change staff every year. I know it’s not easy to do that

Wonderful location, excellent breakfast, beautiful sea and nature. Morning walks or runs on the cost, very next to the sea in a beautiful pine tree forest. Heaven! Evenings for walks to Mali Losinj and eating at konobas (Barracuda and Za Kantuni)

We didn't know about the size of the atrium room (too small for us) and no terrace - so next time we will book a larger room with a terrace.

Only single beds put together to make double beds. Parking is an extra although this is in a remote location. Cost for added services (food for example) was quite high. We rented a boat via the property, but it wasn't at the level I expected from a 5* hotel (old boat, multiple things not working, level of equipment was low for the price).

Everything about this hotel is amazing and top class. Amazing rich breakast - literally everything is available. Service is one of the best I have seen in Croatia. Architecture and interior design is impressive. The beach and the whole bay is beautiful!

The quality of drinks in the beach bar is not consistent with the other bars (specifically the Aperol Spritz mix in the bar by the beach is not the correct mix). It's a minor thing all in all, but you should improve it.

Absolutely excellent stay. The highlights include the amazing breakfast in the morning - plenty of options and constantly restocked throughout, private beach is a warf with private swimming area and chairs for guests, pool side service, pools and showers, restaurants on site, excellent staff helpful at all times. Parking is available however it is outdoors. We recommend going across the road for free which is in the same space as the paid parking. 15 minute walk into town but beware as it is quite steep.

Air conditioning is weak so the room was quite warm throughout the stay.

The "beach" is a cement pier with dangerous, unmarked steps. People reserve the beach chairs at 8 am but do not show up until the afternoon. The high cost of the hotel and nearby restaurants.

that only twin beds are available, and there are no connected rooms. This is indeed unusual for a place that is popular among families, as they typically prefer options that can accommodate parents and children together, like larger beds or adjoining rooms for convenience and comfort.

Everything about the hotel and location is amazing. Breakfast amazing, service amazing, great spa, great beach, amazing cocktails. It's pricey, but all very good quality! Definitely great value for your money. This hotel deserves every star. I will return and for longer!

I would only emphasize a few minor things, which in reality didnt affect my stay but they would just make everything perfect. - the parking hotel offers is a bit expensive, but you can park for free nearby (for now) - the plunge pool in the sauna could be 1-2 degrees lower and maybe sauna could be FKK at one point (in the evening?) - the pools need a little bit of minor maintenance - a bit of re-tiling (i am sure you know and it is planned) But all in all really minor stuff as said! The important things are where they should be.
