The place itself is comfortable and clean. The rooms are spacious, the pool is nice and there're enough of sunbeds. It's quiet and the staff is friendly and helpfull. There are few small local shops close to the hotel in case you need to buy something quick, but the nearest supermarket is 15 min by walking.

When we booked the location seemed good, but in reality you are away from the main activities. The public transport/bus goes only every hour and to get to the harbour you have to change the buses - very uncomfortable. Same if you want to get to the centre of the town. Taxi is very expensive - 3 km to get to the harbour is 12 eur. min, but to get back you'll be asked 16 eur. Same if you want to go to/from the Kings mall. So - the main issue was - location. There are no restaurants around only fast food place. You have to rent a car to get around from this place.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean and comfortable and felt like home. Each floor has a swimming pool. The apartment came fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Elysia park is well located with a restaurant in the complex as well as other nearby restaurants within walking distance. There are a few small supermarkets as well as a gym and nail salon within walking distance as well. The mall is nearby as well. The staff are lovely, kind and helpful. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay!

All was great!

Spacious rooms for a small family and comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. The indoor pool area was nice (including the sauna and steam rooms). The complex itself was very nice and had at least three entry gates.

The bathroom was okay but not great. You have to make sure to hit the hot water switch in advance if you want a shower (and hit it again for subsequent showers). The hot tub was not any warmer than the regular indoor pool. The location was okay. While the complex was nice the surrounding area was not so much.

Fantastic amenities, especially the gym and the restaurant

Initially had booked a comfort room which is very basic (after booking.com offered a room "upgrade" for a little extra money). This was very disappointing so we changed to a deluxe which was amazing and as shown in the pictures

Beautiful apartments. Very friendly staff. The facilities were great. About €20 for a taxi to the harbour

We had a good view two bedrooms apartment The pool was nice and everything spotless as much as possible Age put a shadow on the facility but still it was very satisfactory

The sofas in the living room was a bit suspicious The cover shows that they are not clean enough or maybe have some damage on them or dirt The kitchen didn't have a coffee maker And the dry rack was a bit rusty These small details prevents a perfect stay

Nice rooms with large wardrobes, comfy beds and fully equipped apartment. Nice and helpful reception. Big indoor swimming pool, actually sth like spa center with steam and dry saunas, small gym and jacuzzi. Facility had also restaurant which was just a stone's throw away, were we eaten breakfast before city exploration, but we also could do the sopping in nearby shop and prepare it ourselves. It's also few minutes walk from really nice restaurant "Pambis Diner" we enjoyed after full day of sightseeing. Facility crew also left us a nice birthday present I didn't expected especially with such short stay - thank you!

We were there off season and water wasn't properly hot, but it was acceptable.

The location was not ideal you had to get taxi everywhere you needed to get to outside of the complex you had to get a taxi.....also bar and restaurant closed by 1030 and you could not make noise after 11 0 clock......if you are advertising as a holiday complex it' should be 1 .....we were playing cards in our apartment no TV and also no music being played......our door was knocked on to keep it down at 11.10 .......was very unhappy about this

Loved our apartment, basically loved everything about Elysia Park. On arrival in your apartment you are supplied with washing up liquid (in despencer on wall), tea towel (which is changed every 3 days), dish cloth & sponge (not replaced) bin liner in bin and one in kitchen cupboard (which replaced every 3 days plus bin emptied for you also every 3 days) under sink & english breakfast tea, green tea bags, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper (in sachets) but not replaced once used, may have also got biscuits but can't remember for sure! Sunbeds have thick comfy pads to lie on. Went first 2 weeks of September never a shortage or sunbeds. Inflatables are allowed in all outside pools (not sure about inside). Do a lovely buffet breakfast in on site restaurant around 12 euros per person includes drinks, only went there once though so can't comment on other food available but they do lunch and evening meals lovely setting.

No mirror in our bedroom, not enough places to put toiletries in bathroom; another shelf or cupboard would be good. Could do with some kitchen cleaner! More coat hangers especially clippey ones! Would be good to have a bin with sections in that you could split your recycling as you go; also would be good if you were told they actually do recycling, if we'd known we would of taken ours down to bins ourselves to recycling it! The jacuzzi wasn't hot I asked and was told its meant to be normal swimming pool temperature and shame its not outside! Would be amazing if dishwasher was provided in every apartment after all we are all on holiday!

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apt with 2 full bathrooms and balcony, pool view. Spacious and comfortable. There was a washing machine and a full kitchen. Only one pool was working, luckily the one close to the apt. Great pool, big and clean. Sunbeds were available at all times. The staff were nice and friendly. The place is very clean. Good location if you have a car.

Not enough seating space in the living room. In the balcony the table was so big you could not get around it. Small amount of cleaning supplies (one dishwasher tablet, one washing machine detergent).
